bro not sure the exact addy , if u exit wdlands ave12, all the way the stretch of rd , the first junction u will see a bldg construction, proceed straight ahead till u see 3m bldg n turn right, the very next right turn traffic light turn in n turn right again the next traffic lght after the bend enter the guard post n turn right u will see sin boon motor ahead, sorry unable to gv exact addy.

 

 

 

bro i stay there very near,,,, u say there construction is the new seagate right.. see 3m then TURN RIGHT?? that on the way to my house.. straight go sun plaza.. or u saying see 3m straight some more till pass all those JTC kind building.. then turn right at the end going to senoko??

Hi fellow FJRs

 

I happened to have a slight mishap....

After finishing washing and waxing my bike, I dropped it as I pushed it off the main stand.... :cry:

 

No major damages....

Just that my box quite badly scratched....and got a very small bit of fairing chipped off....very small...

plus my right mirror got quite a small bit chipped off also....

:cry:

 

Anyone can assist me to recomend anyplace which can do some touch up for me???

I very sad but on the one hand i accept that it had already happened....

And I probably won't place my 'Black Berserker' on its main stand for a very long time.....

think almost all FJR rider have such experiences, the most importent thing is we learn how to handle our bike better everytime after we drop...

 

p/s : I drop my bike e next day I collect. : )

Oh man ... i feel for u bro.

 

Juz 4 days i collect my bike, i dropped it while trying to park at pavement.

My side mirror dented and cracked and my right side ferring scratches ... if onli i had installed the slider earlier.

 

The slider helps alot!

bro kazky just got my tankbra today, it doesn't fit well yet they say after a few days the leather will take shape of the tank i hope

btw bro its better u did it rather than someone else n u dont see, n hv heard a few comments that fjr side stands r not as durable as a few owners had their side stands broke, hope it doesn't happen to any one here

parking my ex-FJR on the mainstand was one of the BIGGEST FEAR in the first 2 weeks of ownership!!

 

once u get used to it, can even do so with slippers on (not recommended though)

 

think almost all FJR rider have such experiences, the most importent thing is we learn how to handle our bike better everytime after we drop...

remember rather spend a little more to get a pair of slider with braket. coz install slider directly on to frame will hv the risk of scape bike.

Finally I get EBC Double H brake pad for my 06'. it cost me $82 per side, means $164 for both front brake...
