I thought you were stopping in semanggol as well. 2 of the riders who were with us were also heading to Penang. Met them along the way and we rode together.

 

The JAM cannot tahan sia... 90% of the riding was on the shoulder lane. No choice. Like CTE already!

Has any1 install handlebar risers for 06' above model? Is it a MUST to remove the top triple clamp and take away the black metal bracket that holds the cables n hydraulic lines?

btw, gotta ask u guys, does your bike start to wobble at high speeds? when i travelling abt 180-200 at the nsh, i can feel like my bike start to 'goyang' or wobble..even on straight runs..is this normal? also to note, while i was travelling at that time, one of my panniers was empty while the other had stuff with considerable weight. another point is that i did not pump my tyres before the trip (all the air pumps at the kiosks at gp had the 'ROSAK' sign man..)

U can try genmar. Do a search on it. It is only a adaptor to add on

Bro, 1 thing i learn never depend on M'sia petrol air pumps. 80% of the time got the 'ROSAK' sign there..

Best before heading to chkpoint, pump ur tyres good2 first then carry on.

I've removed my triple clamp lately. The risers should be installed between your handle bar and triple clamp right? If thats the case, you do not need to remove the triple clamp. Just be careful when you remove your handle bars. Dont over bend you clutch, brake, throttle cables and such.

46,000km - Clutch + Front Brake

60,000km - Rear Brake

120,000km - Front + Rear brake (Hel brake hose)
