Hi.....i have a set of 2-bro slip on for sales.recently i have just change my slip on to remus.the 2-brothers slip on can be used for fjr model 2006 and above.asking price is $500 as i have used it for 1 yr plus.the sound that is produced by these exhaust can garantee u will love it...hehe...esp moving in mscp usually will trigger alot of car alarms to be sounded...disadvantage of these exhaust is that they are not street legal.fjr lovers who are interested in these exhaust can call mi thru hp @ 96991981 for detail......my sales is your gain hor....

today went to m-technic wanted to buy the H&b top rack for my fjr 2004 model.... but one thing is that the rack needs to drill hole into the fairrings anyone else mounted a h&b top box without doing that ???? i cant live without 3 boxes the side boxes are not enough for me =(

Hey jason, perhaps u can look into buying the HB base plate for FJR which just requires the the existing holes from ur tail rack be it for model 2005 below or 2006 above.

 

If u can't find that, get the HB universal base plate for african twin. There's tons of holes on it and if none fit, drill the hole on the baseplate urself following ur existing tail rack holes. Might need to input spacers in between though..

I looking up for the baseplate for fjr but it requires me to drill holes in my fairring .. I wonder if there are other solutions without drilling them

My Hepco box assembly i ask seng kwang custom make for mi...price is $260....at least they never drill hole in yr fairing.

u must provide a rack yrself.then seng kwang can help u make the customisef base plate to support yr rack.although the price for just a customised base plate is nor worth the money at least from the way i see it it is well design for the cost...if u wan see pic other days i free i will take a photo of it n upload if not can wait for other days free can meet up for coffee n i can also show u the safety pin that i custom make for my side pannier when u coast on road more than 190km/hr yr pannier cmf will not disengage from yr bike....

Perhaps you guys can read my previous thread with regards to exhaust modification. I had street legal LV installed but took out silencer and got summon to inspection by LTA. At the end, got summon for $200 after appeal from $500.

 

Place of offence: Multi story car park lot. Not riding the bike at all.

Bro, sometimes i dun blame e residents for complaining, at my place, there's a group of bikers always rev their loud pipes dunno for wat.. Imagine in e middle of e night, pple r sleeping n those having newborn baby n e baby suddenly awake n cry coz of e sudden loud noise of e pipes.. Haizzz... Use lah by all means but b considerate when in hdb estate..

 

Fyi, even if e bike is covered, e authority go to e extend to lift up e cvr n check..
