will it be cheaper to share the shipping in?

Not too sure, are you interested to join to purchase, let me know? There are 2 vendors in Ebay selling the PGR helmets

cycleworlds

pgrmotors

but some designs are available to one vendor only, the price of the PGR helmets varies according to design example the matte dual visor can go as high as USD 400++

There are no reviews on these helmets, so quality wise I am not sure. PGR helmets are sold on Ebay only, and they are DOT approved. The advertisement says the helmet are light weight average 3pounds approx 1300g and the inner liner are removable for washing. Normally the sale comes with clear visor, tinted visor can be purchased separately.

Sleek design and lightweight ( 3lb 4oz )

Injection molded Polycarbonate and Thermoplastic composite shell

Front anti-scratch and wide visual field clear visor

Removable helmet liner and cheek pads lightweight, Soft and easily removable and washable.

Full front airflow ventilation

Breath guard and chin cover

Chin strap with D-ring closure and strap keeper

It is quite an issue when we cant hook the helmet to the bike when we run some errands (Have to carry the helmet around unless you have a box). I bought a pack of Stainless steel S hook (I cant bend it with brute force) from the hardware shop and fix it underneath the seat. Just to share.

If you guys are interested in getting gear from US at flat USD25 shipping, try the following:

http://www.ridersdiscount.com/

You have to pay by paypal though, coz Singapore is listed as a country with a lot of fraudulent cases :p

Thanks for sharing.

My GIVI rack was delivered today, the vendor discarded the original GIVI box and dump inside a big carton box and ship, there is not even any newspaper wrapping to cushion the item.

http://p1.bikepics.com/2011%5C08%5C02%5Cbikepics-2249961-800.jpg

Anyway I have installed the rack, the instruction written wasn't very clear and I took sometime to figure it out myself. Going to get the base plate from LAB.

Don't the 2010 Z1000 comes with the helmet hook. Mine 04 Z750 has one on each side to hang the helmets. I saw you tape the hook aren't you worry someone may just snatch it off or it may fall off?

Version 3 doesn't come with helmet hook. The S hook sits in tightly and nicely underneath the seat. I didnt tape, i used glue gun to seal (kiasu). I tested it, it is very rigid.

GST = 7% of [purchase price + shipping + etc (until Vpost)]

haha, I know how to steal your helmet ;) Hot glue is not permanent and not very strong. Watch out. I use this stuff too for some of my work.

I think you better use screws to screw on the hook else your helmet is going to drop or get stolen.

For other shipper, then it's item price (maybe + shipping), I can't remember. Don't worry, Singpost will hold it for you until you pay GST ;)

Maybe for a car, it is not $450 x 5 years, but $450 x 10years. Looking at the crazy COE. lol

Actually the other side of the S hook is sitted into the seat, maybe you can try to "steal" my helmet if we have a Z1000 meet up soon. Heehee

Just bid and won this helmet for USD 29.90 instead of the buy now price at USD59.90, it seems not many people are bidding the helmets. I thinking to import and sell the helmets, with a less than $100 full face its cheaper than LAB open face helmets.
