Saw a green Z1000 Gen 1 along PIe towards TuAs direction yesterday.

 

Ya.. I also saw a red Zed but dont noe who. hehehe...

Same as HJC. Same factory same material. Be mind abt approved helmet though. Just a thought.

 

My HJC CL-ST was made in China they are price at $100 ea if buying 2 helmet. I guess the master mold is from China, they fabricate the helmet then sell to others to put their brand on. Even the inner liner looks exactly the same. Just like Hyundai car is sold as Inokom brand in msia.

 

PGR are DOT approved, so no worries.

Next time you see a red zed with GIVI top box, it should be me, I think there is no other Z750 rider in this fourum except me.

The kawasaki Z1000 has alot of plastic parts, quite a hassle to remove for servicing. Couldn't find the microfiche for 04 Z750 for ordering parts as its not available in the US.

Changed the spark plugs today, the middle ones are very difficult to access, coolant hose need to remove, thermostat housing shift back and a bunch of connectors need to be disconnected.

The old iridium spark plugs showing air/fuel mixture is optimum, it has a nice tan color. New spark plugs are the normal type.
