hi dirtbag, i saw your headlight when i got on the PIE but i tot it was a suzuki tat i over took b4 tat, but saw u in the end, wanted 2 chase u but a bit 2 late when i decided 2 do it. :cheeky:

installing myself

cos after looking at e manual, it look pretty easy to fix(cross fingers nothing goes wrong)..

 

need to buy silicone to put inside e screws, if its easy to fix, its also easy to be kapok... so prevention is better than cure uit for tis no cure, once kapok will not get anymore...

:btw: last week I went to Looi's Motor to service my Zed due to 10,000km milage, change my spark plugs, oil filter & engine oil :thumb:

received e item, made a check it is in tip top condition nearly showroom cond...

won->vpostUSA->singapore = round off nearest S$ is S$410/-!!!!

 

but it takes a while before it reaches me...

BUT if buy in singapore, can expect to pay abt 600-700 for e damper+bracket

 

already installed on bike, looks like e shaking of handle bar has been eliminated..

will see how the damper works once i got the chance again...

after tis will be inspection time...

 

changing eo, spark plug to iridium, new pair else only rear tyre...

 

need to do-> place back fender for inspection then remove it back

 

after that will be changing to smaller signal lights, those S$10/- diamond shape type.

 

wow looking at it quite alot to do...
