Water ingression to the circuit. Hopefully the light will come back after everything dries up. If it does not, meaning you have might have a electrical short.

 

But strange thing is that you mention only the light is out. Assuming the meter still reads, then u got a blown indiglo phospher panel ( the face that glows). Dont think that is replaceable.

No bad encounter wid the jettings (yet) tho.... So far so gd, pick up gd, fuel comsumption gd.

OEM funnel longer, hrc ones r shorter hence faster response.

Tong pipe, there's 2 type.

1- puncture a hole thru the endcan, may it big or small.

2- Dig all the sh*t out of ur endcan.

Opt 2 is better.

As for the stickers, call my shop b4 u go down or u can actualli order ur custom stickers n we'll get back to u when they're ready. Do inform whoeva at the shop that u r frm SBF n u noe me or bearbear, price would be better.

How about this weekend 30/31 Oct...... same cheapo sushi place beside centrepoint? than its off to Marina South for pics taking and maybe dinner at Lagoon East Coast.

 

C'mon, sometimes young aspiring entreprenuer like yourself must take time off to relac relac enjoy life too.....

no point rebuild ... i now saving the money to change the hyper pro ( front spring & rear spring ) at motorworld cost around 500 plus installation ... last time i ask only 450 bucks :sian:

Hi everyone!

 

I just got my NC35 (stock) and it has been 5 years since last touched a bike (it was a lousy two stroke anyway), I used to drive a Civic SiR, but have sold it as it is too expensive to own and maintain. Plus, I don't actually need a car now. I love the RVF400RT and I have been doing a lot of research on it on the net and been asking around. However, I have to admit I am still quite a newbie even on the basics of a motorcycle. (In cars its a different matter though)

 

Okay, how do you pull out the oil dip stick?

Er...any good way to estimate the fuel level?

One more...I find it hard to find neutral when the engine is on. Doesn't matter if its cold or warmed up..

 

I will appreciate it any one of you experienced riders can help me out.

Interesting...how tio pull out a oil dip stick??? this i also don't know...but i don't think bike has a oil dip stick...fuel wise...for me its about 200km milage i will noe mine fuel is about to finish...but dont worry just ride the reserve fuel is enough to last u til next petrol kiosk...nuetral thingy i think alot of rvfian also facing this problem but i think so long as u change ur clutch plate and housing it should be ok then...just my point of view~ :smile:

The bike's dipstick is a black screw on cap you see on the right side engine cover. Just Unscrew Anti cloccwise and it will come out. The diptick is integral to the black screw cap.

 

Fuel level, bo pian have to agar by the trip milage meter. The average Rvfian will need to refuel around 225KM where it will reach 'reserve'. Reserve can tahan at least another 40KM or slightly more before completely dry up (for me lah).

So better have a habit of zero-ing yr trip meter everytime from now on.

 

Hard to kick neutral? could be clutch plate or have you tried changing new 4T yet?...its a common peeve that most rvfians will live with....but mine seldom have this problem though.

But is Hyper Pro goood? nvr heard of it... y go Motorworld? i hate that place..looks down on us 400ccs. bad attitude, bad skills..... I'm thinkin of visiting BikeLab....but must confirm i stuck here another 2 years than i go do.

normally recondition item it will not last long tat wat i think ..... can anyone here prove it....

front spring is your front fork inside..... rear spring is supension.......
