want to ask about, demerit points,Gotten class 2b at 12 april 2010, 2a, 02 june 2011, class 2, 30 aug 2012, class 3, 29 june 2012, class 4, 11 may 2013

 

i gotten an accident and was awarded 9 points. on 04 july 2013

 

my 2b is 3years, 2a is 2years, 2, 11months 28days is , class 3 is 1year 2months , 4 is 3months. now i want to know how many points do i actually left with???

all your licence is one single points set. not 24 times how-many-licence.

 

beat red light, 12 points demerit mean you have 12 points left in 2 years. no matter wat you ride/drive when beat red light. if you beat red light again within 2 years, again regardless what you drive/ride, that means your licence game over no more points left.

 

this means that all your licence suspended. but upon occassion, i donno what the circumstances are, but allowances have been made to suspend only some of the licence and not all.

 

but the fact is you have 24 points in total.

 

but i'm not sure how the p-plate 13 points in 1 year works; whether all you licence become 13 points in 1 year or only pn the p-plate vehicle.

If I'm not wrong, the points will only be 12 when u have the probation plate.

my class 4 and class 2 have not reach 1year. that is not counted as probation plate right?

its 12 points minus 9 points. You are left with 3 points.

 

And yes. Under probation.

u are under probation bec u pass your class 4 less than a year.

 

u only have 3 points now until your probation is over then they give u another 12 points if i am not wrong. your demerit points will return after 1 year of no offence from the date of your last offence.
