Seems that the MV riders aren't really active here, but where do you guys service your bikes?

I serviced my own on minor ones such as engine oil, brake fluid, coolant, brake pads, etc. Call me cheapo :), but I only feed her good quality fluid and parts.

For major one like rear hub, suspension, tuning, etc. Think RaceWerks can do a good job.

I am heading there soon to get my rear hub bearing replace next month.

Alright thanks, just concerned with the recent agency changes and whether the new agent can provide proper aftersales support.

Well ... I may not expect much aftersales support from them like others.

But hope to see they improve ....

Yes, but got most of the parts at overseas. (No way to get great parts here.)

My classic F4 is not stock look anymore, and has clocked less than 800km since I got it.

Maybe selling it soon for others made. Dead thread.

Goto MVagusta.net

Site sponsor is reliable. Ask Shipment before buying, they are not cheap.

If you are owning pre 2010 model F4, go for cooling options first.

They are still sexy, although bulky. Maybe 2011 base model is good enough as I seldom ride.

Good ride. It should not have heating issue with the new design water pump.

Hi mates, any other way to reduce the heat of the bike ?

I've ordered muzzy fan blades , change the coolant and maybe getting either SFS or samco hose .

Samco hose does not help on cooling.

Muzzy fan & coolant is fine.

For pre-2010 F4, you still need to upgrade the MV impeller to the new design. (About SGD 300+)

I have the entire water pump upgraded to Billet one (SGD 600+), now I am running at lower than 95 degC at hot traffic.

Additionally, you can upgrade the fairing with side vents to help heat dissipation.

Note: Remember to lean your F4 with the front higher than the rear (incline position) and right side when topping up coolant with the engine running

to prevent air-trap which will cause you temp to fluctuate.

I hope so! But will be switching to Bel-Ray coolant once i get the bike just to be safe, have had good experience with it on my previous bike.
