The more I ride my SV, the less I care about going to the annual bike show and looking at new,

or expensive, or exotic machinery. I'm continuing to mod my bike into exactly what I want it,

and enjoying every mile I put on it.

Your voltage is correct might then your batt might not hold charge, is time for new battery. Get shinko battery cheap and good.

Kukup trip organize leh.

What brake pads are you using for front? The best pads i can find is $8 Archipara brand....They dont have any good ones?

Home > Most Read StoriesFeb 4, 2008http://www.straitstimes.com/STI/STIMEDIA/common/storyTools.gif 4 nights of fireworks to usher in CNY

CHINESE New Year celebrations will kick off with a bang on Tuesday night, with the first of four firework displays over the Esplanade.

The first burst goes up at 9.30pm and lasts about five to six minutes, said the organiser, the Singapore Federation of Chinese Clan Associations, as part of the Singapore River Hongbao festival.

The fireworks are expected to draw 50,000 to 80,000 people at the Esplanade Park on each of the four nights.

Those who do not want to jostle with the crowd can still catch the sparks from the Esplanade, the Padang, Anderson Bridge and Elizabeth Walk, which is opposite the Esplanade Drive.

The longest display will be on midnight on Wednesday, the eve of Chinese New Year, to usher in the Year of the Rat. The show will last for 10 minutes from the stroke of midnight.

Fireworks will also be let off at 9.30 pm on Thursday and Friday.

THE MRT as well as selected SBS Transit and SMRT buses will be extending their operational hours during the Lunar New Year period.

... more

Unlike previous years, though, the fireworks will not be launched from Marina South but from the Esplanade Drive, bringing the action closer to the spectators. The bursts will also be lower than usual. While the final night of fireworks was originally scheduled for Feb 16, to coincide with the Chingay Parade, that has been cancelled due to logistics. Still, the celebration will go on till the wee hours of Feb 17.
