think the confirmation date would be 30th Apr 08 where all meet together and pay for the accommodation. That should be the real confirm people of going....I believe for those who cant make it on that day, do place a deposit for the accommodation so that "HIM" wont tio aeroplane by anyone.....No point wanting to go but last min cannot get leave or whatever reason to go but ask "HIM" to book a place for you without any good confirmation...Protect the interests of both parties....
