Anywhere to learn a bike's history?

A friend is getting a 3 years old Honda Wave from a fellow. I have reasons to suspect something is off, is there somewhere where I can learn about the bike's owners and/or history?

if u suspect something is amiss, they don't buy that bike...there are alot of forumers i saw trying to sell wave...

can try going to http://www.onemotoring.com.sg then click on ownership transfer fees

it does provide information abt the number of previous transfers that the bike had undergone as well as some other less important info

alternatively, you might want to go to EDDIES and do a search on the number plate.
