I don think so, the Cheetah alarm system i buy is $98+$30(installation),the system is with the tilt sensor. I buy it from Sim Lim. There's where the guy who fix to my Super vitec3 scratch my bike body,heart pain ler.He only noe how to instal S4 version not Vitec3. So who want to install be careful. Mine already got problem,send for repair after juz 2 wk,got spolied. They say its waterproof but I don think so...thought of buyinh Scorpio from Motorw......

 

Bro with that price can get steelmate 2 way alarm + installation (bikeworks) from CMO le... imo..

no idea for the pricings.. but if considering not installing the remote start, it should be a fairly easy item to DIY..

that time i fix was $10. (provided u tell them u buy yr alarm from SBF PMO)

imho.. if u ever wana buy the $98 tilt sensor cheetah alarm must as well pay abit more to get a 2 way alarm from our PMO)...

I find its alarm triggering sensitivity very satisfactory n remote distance also not bad.. imo..

 

That guy who sells the steelmate has connection wif bikeworks as wad he told me so i go lor.. $10 for gud worksmanship

$10? I just bought a 1-way alarm from tommy, anyone can recommend installation including the remote start? is it also $10 at bikeworks? tommy told me to go wingyap, should be around $30 according to him. btw, I'm riding a Spec 1, any advice is greatly appreciated.

Hmnn.. i duno his real name but the guy who sold me the steelmate from PMO is by da nick cbs400. Its true i only paid $10 at bikeworks as cbs400 has connection with them.

thanks so much... called and visited them... quite nice people... except that they charge $20 for installing alarm for me... I thought it's still reasonable. anw, they said some Super 4 Spec 1 cannot install the remote start due to what diode thing, was a little disappointed that my bike was one of those. anw, thanks for those who offered help!

haha. yes.. living in 4th story, cos is mscp so need to walk about 150m than will reach my bike.. dunno normal alarm will works anot...

Correct me if im wrong... from yr 4th floor house to the mscp is abt 150m... yr normal 1 way or 2 way alarm ?

cos im using steelmate 2 way.. to me its a normal alarm compared to scorpoio's 2 way alarm which cost abt 500++

for mine, my mscp is abt 150m from my window(7th floor).. with no blockage.. can arm n disarm..
