Most probably piston seized if it's a 2b bike... Encounter myself before... Prepare to overhaul...

You are refering to your speedometer indication only or you also experience the drop in speed?

If 1st one, then your speedometer spoil lor. If 2nd one, then your bike not enough power to subtain 90 plus.
