You can try 219, Ah Boy, Mah (Bendemeer)... These are just some of the places I know...

The screw with the "-" slot at the top of your fork, turn it counter-clockwise to reduce the pre-load. Both side must have equal number of turns. Adjust to your preference. Is your front fork soft now?

.

Front feels fine actually. Rear feels a little bounce here and there when fully loaded but not soft. Make sense?

If you say your front feels fine and your pre-load is screwed in to max, your front will need servicing soon. Your rear shocks needs to top up gas for your damping. Best is to get both serviced together and you'll feel the difference.

Hey no prob. What I would do is to screw in fully and then count the number of turns I screw out. I would give it about 1 or 2 turns and then ride out my bike over different road conditions especially bumpy corners/bends. Then I would adjust accordingly to soften/stiffen the pre-load.

so meaning the more i screw in, the harder it gets right? screw in to make it hard is clockwise i suppose?

You can check out the Suspension Thread for other shops. I patronise BikeLab at Serangoon Rd for my suspension.
