when u pump too much over flow it comes out from below lor instead of ur tank

the other should be the breathing hose to prevent pressure built up in the tank...

I think you are right.

There is a wire connector on the right side of the tank. Check the other 2 tubes. There's one that goes all the way under the bike to near the side-stand. That is for the air. The last one is for the fuel connect to the left side of the tank.

Mine's a spec 1.

Just a point to note: The air suction pipe sometimes will get bent and get blocked after putting back the tank. As such it creates a suction force in the tank and petrol cannot flow smoothly into the carb. Bike then die(stall) easily. Anthen, pls visually check that that pipe properly for blockages.

Just to clarify. One tube is for the water/petrol to drain off. The other one is for air? What do you all mean air? or is it to suck in air to the petrol Tank???

The air one is the same as the water/petrol to drain off one. Serve both purpose. When u overtopped petrol, it drains the excess. When the engine is on, petrol goes from the tank to the carb. To prevent vacuum from being created, air is sucked into the tank. Its also via the same pipe.
