Anyone interested in pimping up yr DNA? I might be parting all my aftermarket parts out.. Haven't thought of the prices... Items that could be up for sale:

• GPR Carbon Finish Road-Legal Pipe (de-baffled, more hp gains and not THAT loud)

• Malossi CDI

• Malossi Delta Clutch

• Malossi Gear Up Kit

• Malossi Big Bore Kit (210cc)

• Malossi Whoop (wave) Front Disc

• Malossi 34mm Carb + Open Pod Filter with tons of jets/ accessories

• Malossi Multivar with 3 sets of lightly used rollers (a little tattered; maybe letting go dirtcheap for those who'll want it for a laff?)

• Nitro gas shocks with brackets to fit any aftermarket rxz (330mm) shocks

Hey guys, what's up with you guys man!!~~ ha ha.. So quiet for so long! Suddenly I post regarding my parting of parts, within a few min, so much posting here! haha.

Me still undecided whether should I part out the parts or not.. Thinkin of riding/ sellin my bike plain stock.. But took my bike out for a spin last night, then felt very reluctant.. haha

Tell you guys what, whatever you guys are interested in, either post here or pm me. I'll let you guys know my verdict by tomorrow latest.. Dun worry, sales will be open to DNA cafe guys first. Before I put up the remainder (if any) on the garage sales..

Thanks all for the really great response!!~~ Cheers!~

Keep me updated. Else I may buy all your parts at one go, or your bike at one go.

Then have 2 DNAs.

Yo Yo Yo Bro, the areas individual circuitery controls is a little grey.. For eg, pilot jet/ pilot air screw controls up till 1/4, but still has influence on the 1/4 to 1/2. But influence gradually diminishing after 1/4 throttle.

While 1/4 to 3/4 is mainly dictated by the needle and the throttle slide cut-away.. Throttle slide cut-away mainly on the 1/4 to 1/2 throttle area, while the needle position from 1/4 to 3/4. Needle profile can change the jetting from closed to Wide-Open-Throttle (WOT). Main jet also affects the 3/4 slightly right up to WOT. And also carbs with powerjets affects 3/4 to WOT.

Float height doesn't affects jetting.. It controls the supply of fuel into the float bowl.. Should set it to the right height and fix it there. If too much supply of fuel is set, there'll be fuel overflow thus leading to bogging and plug foul problems. Too little, there'll be fuel starvation.. Causing high-speed lean-outs.. A float size controls how fast your float bowl's supply of fuel is re-plenished. And there's float needle, needle jet etc etc yadayayada..

Quite a few more mechanics of a carb I did not touch on.. But basically, the first 2 para is wat most needed..

cheers!~ (hope my memory doesn't fail me on the abv facts!! ;=P )

actually float height does affect jetting a little bro.. haha

I am not too sure abt this...but usually, a rich condition will cause backfire cause uncombusted fuel goes through your exhaust and out into atmo?

Enlighten me pls? Thought it should be lean out slightly..... :help:

ya like u i tot so too but it seems to be the other way around on the scooters... maybe its the 1st time playing with 4strokes so got more to learn for me

I dunno how mcuh weight savings leh.. Haven't rip out the stock rims and weigh yet.. Anyway, just to make you drool.. haha.. I've just ordered a set of ceramic bearings for my Marvics! Damn ex.. Still couldn't believe that I actually can bear to buy them.. ha. Can't afford to buy for the entire engine lump though...

You interested??!! :hungry: ??

PS: Float height affects jetting meh????? You tell me needle jet affects, I believe la.. Correct float height makes sure your jetting is supposed to be what it is supposed to be.. ha.. Incorrect float height affects jetting should be the way to phrase it (to me).. :thumb:
