Maybe sometimes people block those rubbish trucks which are going to clear the rubbish chute, as in park at the place where the truck supposed to empty the chute. So now they have the power to saman..hahaha..I am purely speculating though...

He shy la.. haha.. Btw, i can only say u r in the wrong la.. No hard feelings man.. As usual, singapore is a "fine" city.. Try go appeal.. should be able to appeal if its ur first time.. Its at hougang area right... These ppl very ON one.. Park awhile they will come.. Less than 5mins.. I kena once at sengkang.. Really the elite force of all the parking warden team.. lolx..

Yup i parked at punggol at the multi-storey next to punggol plaza then i got one of it.. $25 for parking in the red lot.. i didn't know that red lots are reserved man.. driving school don't teach it, neither do any specific theory test does.

 

paid the $25 then appeal.. got it money back =p

haha..hougang to sengkang the parking wardens are the sibeh onz one.like commando onez. i parked my bike at mscp to cut hair,come back,tio summon.sianz.
