In the first place the accident was NOT my fault. I already had my LEFT signal lit and your VTEC happy throttle right hand just decided to hold the throttle and slam into me from the left while i was making the turn.

 

Until today you have not uttered a single word of apology or shown any form of remose. Yesterday you said to meet you at LC food court to inspect damages and to negotiate compensation after your working hours at 2215hrs. I waited until almost 2245 and in the end i had to get other ppl's mobile number to know your whereabouts. You did not even make ANY EFFORT to reply my SMSes since FRIDAY NIGHT and didnt even bother to inform me of any changes in meeting up location. When i finally managed to find you, you took one look and said that the Radiator can be BENT BACK and rotor pressed back and asked me to go to your workshop to check for a quote.

 

You hurriedly went to get your bike fixed for S$500+ (you told me that yourself) and when questioned what was changed, Handlebar AND TOP OVERHAUL FOR MORE POWER. High Cam for you sir?

 

 

Put yourself in my shoes, how would you like if you were me? I had as much as possible tried to avoid claiming your insurance and definitely raising your insurance premiums. Your insurance company and was told there was NO SUCH CLAUSE even if the accident was in JB. No police report was made at that point of time for the simple fact that I was more concerned about your injuries. YOUR insurance coy said that will NOT be a problem. I also have reason to believe you have a pending insurance claim against you by someone else.

 

I went to your specified workshop and was only told that you are only willing to have it bent back (Bend back warped rotor, bend back badly damaged radiator and replace meter cover for S$300.00) That would not even cover the 2/3 the cost of the radiator and let alone the fork leg, rotors, handlebar, meter cover and head mount assy. The scrapes on the other parts of the left side i already closed one eye and chin chai. You had the bold cheek to proudly tell me that you checked with your insurance agent and said HE WILL NOT ENTERTAIN any claims on you after 48hrs of the accident.

 

I have approached TWO different bike shops and told them what you said and their mechs all had the same reaction. (LAUGH!) Both quoted me ard the same price of around S$1500 to S$2000. You had caused the accident and have been making me waste my time running around hunting you down.

 

That actually shows a lot about your character.

$1.5k to $2 is about the standard for light accident repair...

 

last year a car travel at 20 -30 km/h doing lane change

and knock me down... cause him

$2000 for my repair....

 

and i noted S4 part all from japan which make the repair cost very expensive even for little abit of repair...

 

good luck for the insurance company...

 

speedy recovery for both of u...

 

im not injured fortunately. Thanks for the concern. :smile:
