wow... you would have become a pancake if you need not slow down... ride safe!!

 

Yup, if I did what the same thing as the Terminator did in Terminator 2:Judgement Day (the canal scene where a similar Harley squeezed pass the truck), I would be pancake. My bike has the power to do that too, but I dare not 'cos I don't have a clear view of what's after the trailer. I supposed that's when my brain got into survival mode and went into caution

gohjohan they always seem to take it for granted tat all vehicles will give way due to their sheer size. always come across such giants esp this area is pasir panjang and AYE. they would even just dash out fr give way filter lanes and expecting u to siam them even when u r oncoming.

 

Alaska aka the Last Frontier.... is gorgeous in the summer. Literally was like the Land of the Midnight Sun. It was never completely dark so you tend to lose track of the night time.

 

Only place where I go clubbing at 10 at night wearing Oakleys and come out at 3 AM and still have to wear Oakleys because of the sun.

Hi all..

 

23/06/07 @ about 9.30am SLE towards CTE direction Exit Ang mo kio Ave 5-3..

 

While i was travaling at first lane along SLE towards CTE wif my pillion, there is a malaysian registered van driving at first lane behind me..

In my mind i was thinking of "wat the f**k tis van is doing at the first lane following me so close" then i purposely block his way at the first lane..

Suddenly the van shift his van to the 2nd lane and there's a black colour lancer GLX moving fast towards me and cut me on my left (quite near)... like nobody business and make me so angry:angry: .. so i accelerate my bike to keep up wif him and untill the yio chu kang flyover there, there's a hightspeed bend there.. i quickly open my throttle to cut him on his right in the bend and he is way behind me after the bend...

so i slow down and shifted to 2nd lane travaling at i think 70 - 80km/h..

i spotted him a distance away trying to cut here cut there to chase me from my side mirror.. then just be4 the reach mi i purposely swing my bike slowly to left and to right abit to pissed him... After tat he was like crazy cut mi from my left very near mi to overtake me and then he swing his car left and right infront of mi to totally block my way.. and the best part was he even apply hard braking twice and the 2nd times i almost kiss his ass behind and i f**k him wif my middle finger and he f**k me back wif his... nabei! play untill liddat...! and then i stop playing wif him and exit amk ave 5.....

 

lastly i wanna let u all know his number plate "SGH3949T" NEXT TIME SEE HIM ON THE RD... EITHER U CUT HIM WIF UR BIG BIKES OR DUN EVER PLAY WIF HIM...

1st lane is for overtaking, if the van chooses to speed on the first lane, you should let him pass and not act like you are a law enforcer to make him slow down. maybe he has an emergency to attend to. eg some injured person in the vehicle needs to be rushed to the hospital

I hope you signalled. I was on Sims Ave one evening and did the same thing. I had signalled beforehand and since I was genuinely turning left, it helped. Also I slowed down to yell at the man in white that I was turning left and I gestured that I was turning left. He looked behind to be sure I turned. Thankfully I turned. So far now summon. That was months ago.

 

I wasn't actually turning, but took a quick shortcut in the bus lane to avoid some congestion... early morning peak hour. It was for just about 10 m or so before i filtered back.. and saw the TP.

 

So far it's been quite a few days, but still no summons.

the problem is the malaysian registered plate u see.. i think he simply dunno van are not allow to traval @ first land.. tats why i block him...

on BKE.. i even see 1 malaysia plate class 4 vehicle speeding at lane 3 while i am traveling at land 3..

i see my meter already 150km/h the vehicle still catching up towards me...

lastly i exit to SLE the vehicle still speeding @ about 150km/h his way back to custom...

Do you get my point...? vehicle like van, lorry, class 4/5 lorry are not built to run at the highter speed.. wat if Suddenly got bike or wat fell down infront can the f**king lacing lorry or van able to stop anot?

doesn't get you any medal or commendation letter. you want can write e-mail to TP to "complain", make them bo eng have to go TPHQ make statements and tio blacklisted. no need to go until 150km/h to block him. don't take matters in your own hands.

personally, i feel that extreme right lane is for fast moving and overtaking vehicles. if he got what it takes and don't road hog, he can be in the lane. whether its legal or not, thats another story.

singapore drivers are 70% road hoggers... encountered many today.. both while in singapore and malaysia.

 

on the way to malaysia

encountered this ambulance on lane 1, no blinker on, no siren on. traffic infront of him was very clear. keep to lane 1 all the way.

 

in malaysia

singapore registered cars on the most right lane road hogging. just hoping that they kena bang on the rear by malaysians and kena wack

 

on the way home (more noticeable road hoggers)

1) black toyota corolla, female driver, digging nose

2) black hyundai tsucani, open sun roof

 

wonder when will TP emphasize to the public not to road hog.

Very upset as I post this....my fren got into an accident on AYE. All because a Gilera Scooter try to squeeze past her, in the process hitting her front tyre and cause her to skid. She was pin down by her own kup, exhaust on her leg, causing a bad burn with abrasions.

 

What was upsetting is, the scooter made off.... sicko.

mystery rider, i'd like to just add in i kinda agree with shaunz. if a veh is coming up to you from behind when you are on the first lane, please, give way. no matter what speed he is going (and if its legal or not), its just having road courtesy. it goes a long way to lasting longer on the roads.

I am not riding like 50 60km/h on 1st lane.. wat do u mean by courtesy anyway?

if lets said i am riding speed like 90 100km/h on 1st lane and there's van, lorry, class 4/5 tailgating me..

tp saw both or us and who do u think the tp will goes to? (maybe both) hahaha!

better if i let ppl said i dun have courtesy.. than they might get someone or themself kill in an accident (touchwood).....
