sorry la bro. i don't club. cos i don't dance. and i don't drink. and i don't know how to pick up gals. and i don't want to waste my money. hahaha... just happen to see the crowd that are walking back and forth Starbucks at Liang Court. really sia.. those ang mohs are really woah! got two of them are the kinds that i have never thought existed. cos she's tall and pretty. and then, she wore something like just a bikini while her jacket goes all unbuttoned to show off her 6 packs! and they wore pants that show no shades of a slut. and make up was minimal. i would like to wonder if they rode bikes also. haha...

so my main question is, whose fault will it be if indeed, there is an accident happen in this manner?

Technically speaking the driver will lose the case provided u were lane splitting at a reasonable speed (ie +20km/h or so) and have eye witnesses. If you were splitting at say, +50km/h, a bit hard to argue liao. I've heard quite a few cases where lane splitting riders were knocked down and won their cases, as lane splitting is not illegal, and since TPs also do it. But who wants to claim ya?

P-plate should be an attitude to safety and riding. There's always more to learn.

yesterday night, while lane-splitting happily through heavy traffic along orchard road, got this arse-hole just switch to the faster lane with no signal and turn out abruptly. my pillion damn funny cos he scolded me why i swerve out like mad. before he could finish his sentence, he went... woah shi.t! cos he finally looked in front to see what's going on as i managed to pylon slalom past the stupid car by mere centimetres.

after the shock, my friend even dare to ask me why i avoided the car. cos if that guy langgar us, we are sure not to be in a serious accident but we can claim a lot of money from the guy! cos he fail to signal to change lane and fail to check his blindspot. and i was telling my friend that i was lane-splitting so even if he knocked us, part of the blame can be on me for lane-splitting.

so my main question is, whose fault will it be if indeed, there is an accident happen in this manner?

there u go, sure got idiot drivers swerve out like that one.

yes u may win the case, but the point will stand only if u still alive lor, and not missing 1 arm etc - So dun try ba!

No matter who claim who, who has right of way, who this who that, the moment you got into an accident when on a bike, you lose!

Yes all my accidents i never repeat the mistakes... all learn from it.... so far relavtively safe now. i used to be a dangerous rider, and i still am!! but lesser now. :cheeky::cheeky::cheeky:

Actually just now while coming back from PG track in full leather suit... I was next to a pretty girl riding a cute looking silver coloured scooter at the traffic light in Ang Mo Kio.

Lucky my visor is the iridium type so she cannot actually see me looking at her.

Or not confirm she call me dirty old man for bioing her. I actually admiring her bike and the cute star shaped keychain attached to her ignition key.:cheeky:

Really. Honest.
