today while riding saw a 5 or 6 cars piled up at Bricklands Road. must be a record for a 60km/h road.

ohh.. talking about animals, got a rat which has decided to commit suicide and ran across my path in between my two wheels. that rat should thank its lucky stars that it never get ran over by either of my wheels. and be careful of dogs at night. during the day, they may laze around at industrial estates. but at night, they stand on guard!

hahah.. reminded me of that day when a cat dashed across .. it was beside a mosque, and i screamed ... the impolite thing was, the people were having their prayers !

and is it me or dogs just hate me, just now was "chased" by 2 dogs when the owner was taking them for a stroll. cant be the pizza lei, all veggie lover. haha

while riding got two black dogs crossing the road..
donnoe how to look left and right..
juz cross the road nonchalantly.
hahaha.
luckily i quickly turn the throttle.
if not donnoe wats gonna happen..
hahaha.

haha dont be like my friend sua , want to avoid cat but then self-skidded. haha

today, while working the whole day, i think lady luck is smiling on me. received a lot of tips today. attended to a female customer who wore just a shirt that's not fully buttoned-up, enough to show her navel and her entire panties. get a lot of docket money. and eat free Mcdonald food for breakfast, lunch and dinner(btw only 1 free meal is given per shift). all the traffic lights are mostly green in my favour. saw 2 TPs and one smiled at me! the only gripe i have is that my back is aching right now.

haha that's a plus for guys right...can wash eye .. ahaha .. alot of docket money huhh, good fr u ! i eat mac until sian, now eat pizza also very sian ..

i guess it's a suay mth.still haben get pay & works kip piling.den wanna go chg frnt brake pads & eo at another shop rather than my usual 1 when it happened.was at cte goin 2 enter pie.bus swerved infrnt n jam brake.*bang* hit the left rear side.flung 2 the rd shoulder.lucky me.car bhind stopped n passenger asked whether im ok n drove off.by the time i got up bus oso gone.nvm.picked up my bike.zomgwtfbbq.right side fairing alot of scratches.frnt tyres went inward & alignment gone.mirrors can flip 360.force the tyres out abit & able to ride.so rode off 2 **** motors.

aft the uncle looked at de bike.

uncle:wah!dis 1 sure take 2-3 days 2 do.nid 2 chg fork alignment + tyres + throttle all dis.

me:hw much like dat?

just now, i was on left most lane, kena horn (again) by this car for nothing. stretch out my hand and give the international sign. my whole day was already spoilt enough by some unreasonable customer-cum-lecturer.

then almost kena chase by dog. hmm, every time work at night, will always have encounter with dogs without fail.

then this big cc bike trying to play with me. heck la, i know your bike powerful, need make fun of me meh. at junction, he chiong, then slow down .. then i slowly overtake him, then he throttle past me, then slow down again . wth ?? wan play games go find another matching bike la . my bike only 125cc xia ..

the AYE jam, fwaa, massive huh . if i need to use AYE i think the order will confirm reach late man. ahah

my wrist is getting tired from throttling .... i may just give up riding ... but NOOO ! there are many things that i wana try ! like .. track ! and dirt !

i stopped beside a 'scrapyard' i think coz i saw many buses tat were rusty.

back to the story,i oready heard the dogs barking so i heck care la.

then saw 3 dogs behind the gate.i thought they would juz stop there and continue barking..but the story did not end there..the dogs go underneath the gate and continue to chase me.

WALAOOOOOOOOO

i thought dogs are stupid but no..haha.

then i full throttle the wave bike all the wayyy.

a very heart-pounding incident.

went to local orh diam wanna check just why the fug my bike feel wobbly when >90km/hr!

mah la eh zai e bike shop closed today?!?! neh mind, went round to the bike diam behind it instead.

Me: Why my bike like that arh?

Mech: Eh? where's the metal plate to hold ur front gantong together? (coz stock x1r)

Me: Eh? what metal plate?

Mech: use his hands to show me just how bueh balance the suspension is, 1 go up, the other go down!!!

end up the local orh diam somehow took out the metal plate datz y for the past dung noe how long i have been feeling teh wobble!!! :angry:

neh mind, install the metal plate @ $18, cheap cheap coz i went with the tot that i gotta change the whole gantong/ rim.

I will nehber go back that local orh diam again.

Damn, even the EO also cheaper by $2. :dozed:

problem solved!!! Fwahahaz!

Today while... walking after riding, saw one young boy riding bicycle, one hand on handlebar, another hand holding h/p, yakking away happily on the phone... -_- Hope he doesn't bring this habit into his driving years!

today while riding in malaysia..

stopped at shell station in JB (before custom) to top up petrol... as i have done for whole trip throughout NSHW, inserted citibank credit card to petrol pump..

message on display said "credit not authorized"

then didnt think much.. but my phone just rang..

"hi .... i am xxx from citibank" as i didnt want to spend on roaming and thought of another promotion call, i replied "i am in malaysia can you call back later"..

and she said "are you at petrol station and swiped your card" and i said "yes"..

"oh, please do it again and it will be authorized"...

and it did work on second time...

i was surprised by their quick action on credit card usage in JB while they dont bother to check on NSHW...

hmm... maybe that guy was me. where do you see him? lol! cos my feet always shuffle around between my footrest and my pillion's footrest. cos racing footrest is not available for my bike's model. and sometimes i just leave my knees dangling out if my jeans are wet from the rain. riding on a bike can be tiring you know. and if got humps, do you guys slow down? i usually just stand up on my footrest to avoid the discomfort from the humps. if not, whole body shake like in a roller coaster ride. will i spoil the shocks by doing this? come to think of it. if i stand on my footrest, there won't be much force acting on the shocks right? i hope i'm right. sigh... and i really need a scrambler! so many humps i go through everyday! and another thing also, every few hours must stretch out also. and, i realised it's only me who will be too lazy holding my bike's weight with my feet and so, i'll put out my stand stand while i sit on my bike, waiting for the opposing lights to turn amber. i think i rode on my bike longer than i rest everyday that i had became too lazy.

anyway, that is not considered a mat rempit wannabe la. that one is nothing compared to the one i saw yesterday. was on my way home along whitley road when i heard long pipe sounds from behind. and lo and behold! 2 bikes emerged! they were too fast that i can't capture what bike they were riding. but from the sound and smokes, all i can think of is 125z. one was riding alone while the other was pillioning a 'hot' chick. they were cutting through the 9pm heavy traffic like mad. they just whack throttle at every gap they can find and braked hard only to corner(which is to squeeze in between vehicle). and the way they overtake is total madness! imagine doing an almost 90 degree turn to squeeze in between 2 cars. and i was behind looking at them. i was slowly overtaking all the cars but at least i kept my blindspots checked. these 2 fellows just looked straight and overtook all the cars as if they were stationary.

i don't know if i should be impressed or should i be shocked by their rash actions.

i saw both mats at tampines i think..1 of them already have racing footrest but still insist on the pillion's footrest..lol..imagine that..and yes the way they ride was very rempit..haha..i dont know why i noticed such things..

i believe u are very tall?? haha! get a scrambler then..

as for ur senario, lucky u didnt have the devil in u..if u happen to ride a bigger bike, will u overtake them and teach them a lesson?

definately we shouldnt be impressed with all this nonsence..they are indeed very green..

Today while riding,

Didnt expect to use my horn super early. Installed stebel magnum horns yesterday. Today while riding to work, this taxi decided to change lane without signalling....his lane appears to be stuck, while my lane was quite clear....

I got uneasy seeing he about to change lane, in fact he was halfway liao....i quickly press my horn n instantly he swerved back into his lane...all's not lost, at least i know drivers arent deaf, they just chose to ignore the stock bicycle horn:thumb:

Money well spent

all i can say is that drivers always think loud horn=big vehicles. if big vehicles bang them, they sure die. so if your horn is very loud, their instinct is to avoid unless they saw you already.

wah! i'm still lucky. want to tell about my personal record so far but according to superstitions,cannot say la. later the streak no more, must pay.

anyway, your story reminds me of my friend's story also. she self skidded and her bike's alignment went totally wrong. so, she went to this shop. they quoted her $300 to fix her bike up. then she go to another shop, cos i told her it's too ex. the mech test her bike and in the end, she paid $110 to get her fork repressed and fix a new handlebar bracket and some others. now, problem solved already!

i told you already, dogs laze around during the day. but they start their job only at night when they start guarding the place. i really mean guard. cos riders do get chased and barked by these dogs during night time.

wash eyes is secondary. money is the primary aim! haha... anyway, this kind of people are the losers kind. they buy big bike only for show, trying to wow others about their bikes' prowess. but comes turning left or right, they will negotiate the bend ever so slowly! perhaps too afraid that their bike will fall and then need to spend money to make it look fantastic again.

siao la! i only 1.73m. where got very tall. normal only. and yeah. i'm getting a scrambler soon. that's why i'm slogging my ass off now. anyway, if i put my foot on my footrest for quite a long time, my thigh can start cramping already. and sometimes, even my butt can cramped. don't ask me how. to ride my bike, my handle bar is quite far to reach unless i sit very close to the tank but that'll be painful each time i braked. hahaha... any ideas on helping me improve my riding stance?

i have the devil in me. just that i keep it on a tight leash for now. if i have a bigger bike, i won't overtake them. unless you are talking about motards with slipper clutch. then, i will overtake them with a bit more style by overtaking while sliding here and there in full gear. wahaha!! and i don't know how to slide actually.

actually, i have the urge to overtake them and play with them. but then, got pillion behind, busy road, town area, not familiar with the terrains and not in proper gear. not worth it la. come to think of it. singapore road not worth it to do this kind of stunts. i've seen how TPs can sneakily hide behind unsuspecting corners, waiting to pounce on you.

Today, a friend an i went on 2B bikes and went touring malaysia.... Destination: Mersing, Endau Rompin.

Total dist covered: 460km (Bike run in already!! Yahooo!!)

Ave Speed: 70km/h

Route: Small roads through the plantations and towns

Total time taken: 6am to now... just got back...

Total roadkill saw: Too many to count, dead monkeys, field mice, monitor lizards.... even a fresh dead dog lying by the side rigid body already... needless to say most of the roadkill had their brains and innards smashed open by passing vehicles.

Forest fires: 2

Weather: Fine and then rain.... very heavy somemore...

Fuel consumed by my bike: Went in with full tank, reached mersing left 3/4 tank.... go figure!!

My backside = Open flower... Very...very sore....

Accidents: 1 (get well soon, partner! Bike can repair very soon!)

Time spent repairing the damage: half hour..... (Made in Japan Honda = Bulletproof.... well almost)

Don't want to list the details of the trip yet.. But here's what i learnt today...

- Traffic in JB is kill or be killed... newbies not advised to go in to ride/drive in JB... All the "today while riding" encounters seem tame by comparison to riding in malaysia.....

- DO NOT STINGE on your PROTECTIVE GEAR.... Only when you taste the road.... then will you be thankful for your hot stuffy jacket with hard armour that saved your ass.

- Don't speed/ride recklessly... buang and fly = not funny at all. (Observe quite a number of sg bikes and cars in JB once enter already like got license to be havoc.... any o how drive car/ ride bike....)

- If you are like us take 2B bike go touring.... PLS REST OFTEN... take as many breaks as you wish, do not push the limit., you will never know where your limit is until buang... you're not going to reach your destination in record time anyway..... 2B bike can only go so fast comfortably....

- Spare parts are good to have around in case something goes wrong.... Spare clutch if you can.... no clutch = not going anywhere.

- Keep your eyes on the road... malaysia road don't play play... small 2B tires are no match at all for malaysia's potholed roads.... alot of weird **** on the road also....

actually no. it is the straight road after the bend. sigh, i always super careful while riding there cos the drivers treat the road to play corners.
