wanted to beat the rain but decided to turn back home to get my rain gears. before i knew it, the rain was pouring big time and traffic got worse (already its very bad at my area because of the no of schools) and i got caught right smack at the 'parents sending kids to school time belt'. as usual morons ended up queuing in the yellow box obstructing oncoming and turning traffic.

Aiyo... why ish you not bring your rain coat along?

Hopefully you weren't wearing white when it started to pour. Mebbe daddy sending his son to skool was intentionally driving slowly across the yellow box to get time extension while beoh-ing you.

yup very common in sg as trait of (majority) sg drivers - inconsideration for others....

at another traffic light, this lady driver in a jaguar had to use 2 lanes to turn! i usually try to avoid female drivers (especially when they drive some big cars and cos 90% of them have simply have no/bad sense of judgement and maost of time dun event know why or when they made a mistake) decided to delay a tat bit b4 moving otherwise i would have superman'ed! jeez how did these ppl pass their driving or simply dun care or as reported by another forumer, they only have tunnel vision and cannot see anything next to them, esp a bike...btw i am blue and pretty loud unless she's got techno pumping in her car and so freaking blind that she cannot see me? i was positioned slightly infront of her in the next lane on her right side?!?!?! seriously amazes me how drumbfcuk she was and this is not e 1st time i came across this.

another female driver was on the phone while turning and she was sending her kid to school :sian:.

STANDARD

hahah..most lady drivers r like that..nothing more can be said..just tat for lady rider who drive, i hope can do much much better den lady drivers who had never ridden a bike before..

tis didnt happen today but some days back..my tail light inconviniently blow, so i dont have tail light, but rear brake i still have..twice on different occasions, a rider comes up to me & told me abt d tail light..i am touched that there are riders who care enuf to mention that to a stranger rider..:)

usually i dun cos i didn't want the raincoat to take up too much space....dude even if i had worn a white thin top, they wouldn't be able to see cos i was already wrapped up like a 'bak-zhang' in my rain gears. beoh me? not possible, my hair's so short & full face helmet whom anyone can mistaken me for a guy

sending children to school, if you stay quite some distance is OK but there's one lady living around my block. Send her son to sch (*my ex-primary sch) and back, I ponder its just 10-15 mins walk will do why still nid to drive wor... choke up that stretch of road...

bike is a machine without soul, rider would inject new life and character to this machine

indeed...when i was young, i was put on a school bus even to kindergarten and even walked to school on my own as a primary school kid. though my dad was a scooterer, i had never been ferried to school and i only got rides when he brought me out to the park or movies.

It'll be easier to squeeze through the traffic. I'm hoping to do that with my son 1 day

wuahhhhhhhh!so fast.1wk can pass.now im wondering.if i can't even put a spark 2 main stand can i even ride an s4.hahahaha

1 week pass the 3 pracs only leh! still haven't finish the TP and 1 theory lesson. want to book theory lesson also must wait very long.

tis didnt happen today but some days back..my tail light inconviniently blow, so i dont have tail light, but rear brake i still have..twice on different occasions, a rider comes up to me & told me abt d tail light..i am touched that there are riders who care enuf to mention that to a stranger rider..:)

all riders are really a nice bunch. usually, after moving off, then i put up my side stands. and too many times, before i wanna move off, people always shouted at me about my side stand. so i just waved thankfully at them even though i know i am going to bring up my side stands the moment i move off.

and today while riding to work, i woke up a bit late! and that cost me extra $1! cos i pass through the 2nd ERP gantry along CTE at 8.34am and it deducts $1.50!! normally, it's $1. then i just checked at onemotoring that at 8.30-8.35am, it's $1.50 and at 8.35-8.55, it's $2. come to think abt it. if i was 2 minutes later, it's 50c more!! well..gotta look on the bright side of it.

after, exiting at Cairnhill, got this merging lane whereby got this car happy happy lane change all the way to the left at more than 80km/hr. i was riding at 70km/hr and that's already fast enough on a normal road. and i think he expect me to give way to him as he squeezed between me and another car. i pressed my horned very long also he don't care. and end up i have to braked damn hard to let him enter my lane without bumping me off the road! i was so damn angry that i lane split when traffics slow downs to go after the car. thinking back, what can i do? in the end, i didn't managed to see who's the one driving that car as i took a breather and just made my turn into mt elizabeth.

this kind of driver i never kena before! usually, they just slow down after hearing my horn and enter the lane from behind but this guy/gal don't seem to care and expect everyone to give way to him. if he thinks he's late for work, i'm late too! but he have no road etiquettes. at least for me, i rode fast but without being a nuisance to other road users.

It'll be easier to squeeze through the traffic. I'm hoping to do that with my son 1 day

yeah.. and what if you got 2 sons? shuttle back and forth or one sit in front while the other sit behind? lol... or better still, buy a bike and put a sidecar beside. but that one cannot squeeze already. lol..

today while driving, makan back all the cars, let them taste their own medicine, serve them right for being slow, see bike wanna play, see car all scared, kns

don't worry sis. i'm also not that fast lah... depends on which subject i'm taking... sometimes I can take about 2 weeks to clear it :giddy:

actually putting a bike on main stand is just technique. once you catch it, putting a CB750 on main stand becomes child play  :goodluck:

Biking is something that everyone can learn and enjoy! :goodluck:

yeah.. i thought a super 4 is heavier than my bike but putting it onto mainstand is easier than my bike. must be the physics of the main stand i guess. slow slow also can la. as long pass can already. i took 7 pracs to clear 3 lessons and 1 is charity to them cos i overslept. hahaha...

and today while riding, i realised that a good ride may not be about speed and corner. it's when you can fully understand how to ride your bike, now that's a good ride. cos today, i really enjoy riding my bike. i go through every obstacle, corner and near accident with such a relaxed manner until that i can't believe i'm riding so smoothly. but then again, a bigger cc bike is waiting for me to master it. :D
