Pb is jus a past hobby and it does not have rd tax,COE or wat so ever. If u wanna play pb it juz up to u to decide whether legal or not. Its not legal on ROAD. Play like kallang cpark,go cart track. This 2 place which i noe. The only same thing bout pb is u hv to follow safety like helmet,guard..etc.. Its hurt a lot if u fall off...

2) why are some bikes expensive than the other although they have the same cc and air-cooled.
