last few days change my rear suspension to mito x at ah boy jb. price rm 145 after bargain. there is another brand yoshimura ard the same price. comments bout it is ok for me cos im heavy + pillion = so the suspension quite hard too. mayb cos still new. They oso say tat the shock can b used for Super 4. Quite nice. double shock.

anyone noe how much cheapest can get for head n tail catalyzer with light everything complete set without the tank n the bottom fairing cost? was quoted rm180 by ah boy johor. n also theres a new disc brake for rxz just arrive (they say one) cost rm 150 quite nice. no need to drill hole or use bracket. fix directly n can use ur old caliper just nice.

but am thinking of changing to super4. i travel alot from jurong to tampines everyday... very tired la taking rxZ

after the shell got 4 route. the extreme left go u turn back. next going to lor bapok, 3rd going back singapore, the fourth one go straight after tunnel end on ur left side the shop.

Hi,

I just got my RXZ. it seems like i need to drag my rpm higher then my previous bike for going to a higher speed.

If i never drag my RPM high, it seems like a "high gear low speed" situation and it is very hard to go any higher speed if i kick the gear higher too early.

What rpm should i trottle when i am in each gear?

I need help. pls reply. thanks.

Hi... like to ask e expert here for some advise cause i Just bought a FD RXZ....

 

This r e problems i having now.....

 

1. The bikeshop Change a Brand New Batt for my bike... after riding for some days.... the Batt is getting weaker... Signal Lights & horn gone with Headlights ON.... If i off e headlights.... everything back to normal..... please take note My headlights is those Brand New Bike are using now.

 

So my own thinking... is the Redifire spolit so cant charge? or the Batt cant support the brand new type of Headlights cause it is a Old bike?

 

2. Can i change to 6th gear so the petrol consumption will be lower? now having about 20km/litre.

 

3. Hav u guys change to SPortrim b4? how much it cost a Pair?

 

4. And wat tyre ot tire is good ? and wat is e biggest tyre can it use for the rear?

i also newbie. correct me if i m wrong.

 

1) i think maybe ur alternator got prob? the one which produces power for the lights when the bike is moving

 

2)i think high gear might have SLIGHTLY better fuel consumption as in dont drag until so high. but also bear in mind if the RPM power band is not right it might actually require more fuel becoz ur bike not enuff power.

 

as for 3 n 4 i not very sure.

3 sport rims can change. how much it depends on the brand.

 

4 tyre i will recommend dunlop TT900. for rear biggest is 90/90. depends on ur rims too.

 

standard sizing of rim from yamaha rxz factory setting will b rims 18 inch front n back. front tyre 80/90 rear tyre 90/90

hello rxz bros just bought my bike couple of days ago, i would to find out if anybody using nine motor clutch and brake lever. just want to know if its a good buy or not, i would probably buy I any rating from you guys.

 

it would be better if anybody could recommend me something better but not so expensive:help:

Hi guys... Wanna ask a question... Do U all RXZ riders xperience e same problem... Wen ridin wif a pillion, e bike is like slow wen movin off... like not enuf power.... So sumtimes I feel like I'm holdin bek traffic...

I have the same problem too maybe need to do some modification to add more power or change to a bigger rear sprocket but maximum speed will be affected I think not so sure

anyone been to kangkar before? its a place in JB i think the shop called xing motor some sort like that. Its not a shop actually. Its like a factory. Lots of parts. And very very cheap then JB ah boy. Maybe we can organize a trip there sometime

Hi guys besides changing the sprocket what else can I change to improve my pick up.

1.What effect you get when you change to fast trottle (any recommedation)

2.What will improve if change clutch housing ie. (TZM clutch housing. any other brand that i can use)

 

have any of you guys using disk rear brake (what brand are you using)

 

I just wanna add a bit more power to my bike
