Hi. i've thought of this for a very long time and it has always been on my mind that can a rider ride with a duped license? duped as in using the name of another person but putting ur photograph on it. How izzit done? well, i think if u report that u were riding with ur passport and wallet together there is a chance that u might drop and lost everything when u were riding right? So when u go down to the SIR building to replace ur passport, ic will they have a duped photo in their system? if they do then of coz it wont work. but if they dont then i guess buying a license is'nt that hard after all. have u guys thought about it?

Have u guys every lost ur license ic and passport at the same time?? Have u guys replaced it before? Please give ur comments.

Are thinking of doing it? Is yes, pls don't.

I guess you can faked anything you want, if you want it, but this, a faked license? It's gonna a a real hazard and danger for others on the road or otherwise...

even if you have the license what abt the insurance ? plus they will go back/radio HQ to screen your vech to see if it's stolen . etc . having the license is merely the first step .

Riders are naturally more daring then Drivers , cause Riders are constantly facing danger on the road.

If your fren is a foreigner..... not so sure how he will go about it....

If singaporean, his thumb prints would already be in the system, so it won't be possible for him to put in a different photo..... Most times, you will need to go collect in person for them to verify you....

Dunno if you can really beat the system here.

Advise against that, ur friend is just thinking of testing the police which is not advisable. But i wonder who in a right mind would ever think of that also......

If u r realli a gd fren of his/her better advice him not to.

You get in trouble will de law= die/ no future. Worst meet a accident lose a limb or some other parts. Cnt move or worst to worst lost his life and becoming a road kill wasting ppl time to scrap ur body off the road for doing something stupid like that.

Think twice b4 doing something so stupid. Dont wait till something major happens and start regretting. Its too late by then.

ya. and btw if someone lost their liensece ic or passport surely the first thing they do is to report to police of lost. anyone caught using it or sticking their photo on it and get caught gd luck to u.

I tink when ppl lost those things after reporting it commonly of cause they will get it replace u wont know when u will b needing it again.

And i seriously doubt that there is anyone that will anyhow put their ic liesence passport anywhere that allows it to get taken or drop from them.

Lol... okiez.... thanks... btw why my friend has been thinking of this kinda ways is because he really tried alot of times trying to pass his tp test but he just keeps failing i dunno why also. seriously he can ride well but he just keeps failing. i dare to say he is a safety rider. So is there anyway to appeal or wad? after all the advises i think i wont even think about helping him anymore. But i would really like to let him know of ways to appeal because he keeps failing and he needs the bike to make a living. please advise more. and thanks for all the previous advises. It's all well appreciated. thanks guys!

Well, its not just duplicating a license for riding. It is a serious crime. Forgery of documentation.

My advise, get you friend to book more practicals in the driving school. Practise makes him perfect for the TP test. He failed so many times becos he is not good enuf for the license. What you think is not important. Only the examiner can pass or fail him. :thumb:

It is better to keep quiet and remain a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubts...

how u know he can ride well? u lend him your bike to ride b4? if thats the case then i hope he'll get caught and u too charged with abetment.. then both of you can jolly well go back to driving center and take practical lessons after the disqualified period end. And no i am not cursing you or your friend.. i just dont hope to see our roads having another road hazard which poses danger not only to himself but also other road users such as pedestrians. i can guarantee 100% Definately hes not up to the standard if not they would have let him pass the TP test..Think again.

For the safety of everyone else, please ask your friend to take more classes.

I personally suspect he has not observed the blind spot which causes the failure. This is assuming he is very good with his riding skills.

If he really fail many many times then the instructors will know him well..... ask him to go up to them and ask for advice.....

With enough tests, he should know his weak points and try to improve.... If everytime got wobbling then work on it.....

If wide turning, then practice.....

Work hard, he will get the license....
