Fellas,

If no PSB approved helmet cannot wear is it?

Haha. Just wear la.. As long as it protects your head.

Pay so much, without PSB doesnt mean the helmets are no good..

I'm wearing the Justissimo GT flipup.

Its great on the roads. Much less and 'even' sound proofing compared to other brands.

The cutting's slightly smaller than normal helmet, i.e. M size is roughly Shoei's S+

Guess we have the same models but I find the ventilation terrible - mist up very often...

fellow buddies who are interested in getting Caberg be prepare to pay premium price for the visor...

i just checked with regina yesterday, visor for Caberg Rhyno cost a whopping $60. abt the same price as shoei visor.

so the Rhyno may be affordable but is not really value-for-money in the long run i guess.

furthermore, the visor is very thin (compared to Shoei or Nolan) and is prone to scratches and mists easily. thinking that its 60bucks a piece just make me :sian:

my rhyno visor is still fine (touch wood) for now. few years later probably i will change helmet already.

PS: you are really going places with your bike man.. when will you lead me to thailand? :)

Rat bike - A motorcycle not necessarily kept in pristine condition, often painted matt black. Minimal maintenance and mismatched parts often used.

my Rhyno is only 6mths old and it already has a fair amount of fine scratches on its visor.

i've never dropped or mishandled it, the visor simply can't take the beatings of flying debris on the highway. at this rate, i think it won't last more than a yr.

my previous Nolan had a coating called "dura-something" on it and it looked as gd as new after 2yrs of usage.

PS dragon: wan to go to phuket? pm me

Regina had a sale on Caberg recently. Konda went for 165 only. quite worth it.

The Caberg Duke which replaces the Konda was only released recently. If and when it comes here, probably around 200 plus bucks.

I'm still looking for a good helmet with integrated sun visor. My HJC CL-ST is kind worn up liao, but i can keep using it if i replace the visor. just that the lack of sunvisor makes the morning ride very glaring.

February 2011 - March 2012 = Phantom TA 200

March 2012 - August 2013 = Suzuki Impulse 400

Present = BMW (Bus, MRT, Walk)

Konda was removed from their product line. Lots of complaints from users. That is one of the reason for the cheap sale. I believe the price will be higher 200 since it is said to be made in Italy. Anyway hopefully it will be priced reasonably.

Bought a Caberg Konda flip up Matt black L size helmet from Regina today for $180 , was actually looking for the OGK FF3 but no stock for the plain only left the grahic which about $50 more.

The konda L fits my head nicely and it feels very comfortable. The helmet is quite quiet, it muffed my engine noise at idle quite a fair bit and at 110km/h the windnoise is still acceptable. The helmet feels heavy compare to the OGK FF3, and visor offer a clear and wide view. The sun visor offer good shade when riding in the afternoon. The helmet is also awarded a five star r sharp testing in UK, which offers good protection during accidents.

Its a budget helmet good for daily riding.

U probably have to order from Internet. But I think a set (single piece) costs around $300+ which I think is way too ex.

I'm using a Sena communicator on my Caberg instead and since the inner side has a groove for the boom, it's still quite ok.
