the narrow motorcycle lane towards JB custom is a damn dangerous, saw too many accide

I frequent JB very often and usually go in at night after 10pm and many times that i am making my way towards the JB customs checkpoint via the small "motorcycle dedicated" lane, i saw accidents there. 7 out of 10 times its a singapore registered motorcycle.

So a word of caution to other riders, if u go into JB and pass through the "motorcycle dedicated" lane, be careful, DO NOT RIDE TOOOO SLOW or RIDE TOOOOO DAMN FAST in that lane because if u notice the bends are narrow and sharp and the road isn't too smooth.

Once i saw a singapore kupkia rider riding his bike that is already with bent wheels and bend fork and steering towards the customs cos i believe he banged against one of the walls and another time, the immigration officers were controlling traffic because a singaporean bike was side swiped by another bike whilst cornering. Pls check your mirrors before u corner at the bends in the "motorcycle dedicated lane" or do glance at your mirrors to check who is behind or besides when u are in that lane.

Usually the malaysian riders are in a hurry to get back home so they really speed and some ride very dangerously there. So again do not ride DAMN TURTLE SLOW THERE bcos u will get hit from behind or RACE AT BREAKNECK SPEEDS with the malaysian riders there cos they are already damn expert with that small lane n u might just not go home if anything happens.

SO ride safe to all. Cheers.

It is indeed a pretty hazardous place - the problem is the skill and speed differential between riders that are forced together by the narrow lane. You should not ride faster than your comfort level so don't get pressured into speeding by bikes behind you, but do be aware of your mirrors and bikes trying to overtake you.

Ride carefully, road is uneven and bumpy.

So many humps to go after that as well.

Painted surface might be slippery on rainy days
