I downloaded the app onto my mobile phone. Registered and even linked it to sign in with my facebook.

 

And wah lah! I got $100 credit to spend over a year.

 

I gong gong, go and buy a 1 weekday swim pass at $1/-

 

Then realized that there is a buy scheme thingy. Where you buy a one month unlimited swim pass to any of the swimming pools in Singapore, including the one with special features in Jurong (the fancy wan lah, almost like the Wild Wild Wet wan). For $10!!!!

 

From what I can see. Weekday swimming pool entry is $1/- Weekend is $1.30 and those fancy ones is at least $1.50. So the buy scheme is much better choice.

 

They also have gym pass and even can book tennis and badminton courts at the Sports Complex.

 

What it does is, that once you buy the passes, it generates a QR quote for scanning at the Sports Complex.

 

Friend working at SSC says they will be uploading the programs/classes of Yoga and maybe kick boxing so Folks can go and take classes using those credits.

 

Senior Citizens and Childrens gets to use the credits too.

 

Have you at least help to download the app for your parents and kids? All it takes is a app downloaded from play store.

And the badminton halls are always so hard to book!

 

I was told, some folks wakes up at 6am, wait at their pc, so they can book on the best time slots!

Didn't they extend the credits to 2016? For badminton I remember reading ssc is trying to do something with ppl using scripts to auto book.

 

For ppl who wake up early to book, to me it's ok since they are "seriously hardworking enough". For ppl who uses scripts to auto book, no way.

Try booking a badminton court at CC or even the Sports Hall.

IN the 80s and 90s, badminton and squash courts bookings were like hot goreng pisang. most probably, when it was vacant would probably at 8am but then CC would not start that early. now its been yeras , i have even stepped in a CC.

WHILE it may sound cliche, nowadays i prefer to play BED minton. no need booking of court.
