hello, i had my first fall today and my brake lever broke off lol. anyone know where to get a replacement?

yup i rode back... i was practicing slow speed maneuvering.. went too slow and leaned too low haha... i just passed a couple of weeks back, so still trying to get used to the bike.

Slow speed high rev. Control your rear brake and half clutch.

gd morning i'm also an early bird. just back from my fresh air jog........ *deeeeeep breath*

 

love the morning air.

 

SOmetime when i ride past lornie road in morning peak hour 7am.... the air is also fresh!!! :cheeky::angel:

 

Today tried to push our ride to the limit on a slack chain and 3 boxes. Drag every gear till 9K RPM.... i was pleasantly surprised at the pick up..... first vehicle to shoot off from traffic junction everytime!! :thumb::thumb::thumb::thumb:

hi guys (and galls),

Just sharing random experiences of riding a bike in the cold temperatures... yesterday evening had to go into town and the weather was fair and cold so decided to take my baby for a ride. Way in was pretty ok, a bit cold but managable. On the way back, I experienced for the first time the feeling of fishtailing, meaning, too much power on cold tyres and slippery road surface. it was an interesting feeling and although I did not fall, it gave me quite shock and yet also some confidence because I could control the bike when it happened. Tried it a few more times to get a better feel of how and what and this also strenghted my belief that a heavier bike is actually easier to control as compared to a light bike....

 

one more lesson learned, gloves only help so much... when I got home, my hands were frozen... perhaps time for electric handle warmers.. they say these things really help...hahaha

 

PS: next trip to sgp: 10-18 april
