FY plate should be abt 2 yrs old rite? But only 5000km? Too good to be true leh! How come such a low mileage? Previous owner let the bike idle at carpark most of the time ah?

I changed Castrol r4 and g-power ngk plug abt a mth back...but now like bo power leh...

 

Any idea y??

Hmm. The oil and plug works better when yr rev is higher. Try changing every gear at abt 7 k and see how it goes.

LOL... abit cant belive sia... i got my bike on 15rd of march this yr... and now my mileadge already 7800+km liao... and i only ride around 3mths plus only...

if 2yrs only 5k i think tat bike most most most !! of the time is sleep at car park... i think is like one week ride once like tat...

Hi Guys, Some old qus need to ask CBR150 fuel really 1L can cover over 40km?? How many L the tank can hold?? Is it a problem bikes?? Got to make my mind by monday. Hope u guys help up the qus. As this is got to be my 2nd Bike don have to much $$$. Hope u guys help up. Tks

yes it can reach 40km/l.. only if u dont everytime whack ah.. the tank can hold if im not wrong, 10l.. n no its not a problematic bike.. its cheap and easy to maintain.. i also got this bike as my 2nd bike n i dont regret.. the only thing i regret is this bike cant go really dat fast.. heheh!!

Hey guyz.. When i bought the bike, the mech didn't tell me after which mileage then come back for my 1st servicing.. So, i was wondering whether you guyz would know..

 

And is it true that after my 1st or 2nd servicing, then the bike would run in already...?

Some people ride alot and some ride little ma. I ride 1 yr plus only 11.5 k nia.

LOl... i also dunno y me 3mths time already can ride till around 8k mileadge lei... haha... actually most of the time i just ride from my house to sch.. me is from yishun ride to dover... then come and back usually is will take around 60km... then sometimes go town after sch will ride more... so somedays will ride around 100km mileage per day..

sometimes i was wandering is my mileadge spoil? coz like from yishun to dover really need so much distance ah? coz i usually only takes 25mins can reach sch lei... izzit the mileadge meter will spoil one? like the mileadge in the mileadge meter actually goes faster than the real distnace? izzit that possible?

hi everyone. Im a new cbr150 rider here. Just passed my TP on 28th june. I just bought my bike just now at MAH's in serangoon rd. Will be collecting it this tues. Bought it for 6.3k insurance third party fire n theft as im 19 onli. My bike is yellow in colour. Hope to see u guys one day on e road.

 

 

PS: Hope there are many guys riding this bike cos many of my frens keep disturbing me saying this bike is lousy n ladies should've ride this bike as its girly

and they all are riding SP n KRR mostly

First service would be best at 500km then another oil change at 1000 then consider ran in liao.

it took me abt 20 mins to cover 45 km. i think it is possible to cover 60 km in 25 mins.

Wah! $6.3K! I suppose the price is excluding instalment interest

 

Boy_genius bought his for $4.9K+. I think he's new rider too, abt same age and TPFT insurance too. Y so much difference ah? Is it bcos the insurance is NTUC Income? Or maybe MAH offers many extras in the overall sales package?

 

Hermein, what other motordiams did u check out when shopping for ur CBR150? So what made u decide to take up MAH's offer?

 

By the way, I do agree lah that SPs and KRRs look more macho and are more powerful than CBR150. 2-stroke vs 4-stroke, so what do u expect? But ur frens have to pay more for fuel and maintenance for that extra power lor. For every bike, its a trade off between strengths and weaknesses. U win some, u lose some.

 

At the end of the day, good or lousy, it's YOUR bike - u pay for it, u ride it, so u'll be the one who'll enjoy or suffer. Anyway, u've already bought the bike mah. Y let ur frens' comments bother u? U dun owe them a living .....

I know he bought it from MAH and I know it's comparatively more expensive at MAH. What I wanna know is why. Any1 has any clue?

 

By the way, COE increased by $60 only. So I dun think that's a big factor in the price difference of more than $1K.
