I bought a new original radiator for s$75 ............ am now thinking of changing my End-Can last time i check it was s$85 ................. but still thinking ...........maybe should jus change bike to the newer model sooooooooooo cute ............

Uncle Lim, Im so sorry to say this. I checked with screws seller around LAB there, they said these screws are original & cant be bought in any screws shop. So I bought 2 pairs (so called) compatible screws. I used 1 on my bike alrdy, another pair is meant for her if she dont mind using the compatible screws.

 

At first I thought I can buy the original screws, so I dont mind to give it to her. But.... so sorry. :weep:

 

I bought a new original radiator for s$75 ............ am now thinking of changing my End-Can last time i check it was s$85 ................. but still thinking ...........maybe should jus change bike to the newer model sooooooooooo cute ............

 

Change end-can then do painting & buy the newer model sticker. Become new bike alrdy lor. :angel:

wow, idea, then every yr change these, then everytime got new bike feeling

take heed. it is really true. be careful. these few days i seen more accidents involving bikes than usual.

 

juz read abt 3 accidents nearing sembawang area in last night's chinese newspapers.

one of them involves a KRR rider who is still serving NS.

sad case.

i tink we have a suitable candidate to project the cbr125 fairing on liaoz.

But i was told by the Honda dealer - endcan must be changed bec they do get choked up & it will affect the bike performance .............. :giddy: I was told to change the endcan if possible once every 4 years ............ :slapforehead:

wanna buy the pillion handle thingy and new side mirrors.. just wondering whr i can gurantee to get one and cheaply.. hmmmmm...

Sadly, that guy is my friend from Nee Soon Camp. He will be finishing his NS in a month time. haisz. God bless.

they are about $30 EACH, the last time i bought.

it's in normal condition. basically i needed to change my right side due to crack, but i decided to buy left right center together. after changing did i realise that i actually only needed to buy the right side.

 

i patronise Everfit. Chong Aik more expensive. if you'll bring your bike down i will replace it for you. we'll need to get screws for your windshield, though.

after washing my bike last night, ya, the deep gashes on my end can is really saddening.

 

if we do MO, must bring in from other countries ah? if we get from shops, less troublesome right? if that's the case, can ask them "uncle, we buy more from u, u charge us lesser lah!" or not? haha..

 

anyway, zed.. i bought the bubble already.. the holes for the screws dont look aligned. so how? need to drill new holes or wat?

 

anyway, something to share.. went to change EO for my bike at my local mech. guess wat?

 

there is no EO at all.

not a drip.

 

He said its cos the prev mech never put in. (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

 

so it was super dry, hence due to the constant friction of metal parts inside, the piston is worn out, causing gaps in between. now the EO will travel back upwards (like a reflux) due to the gaps in between. from now on, my EO will finish faster, so i must keep checking.

 

i'm not sure if i can swallow everything he says i.e it could really be the JB mech that never put in (when i went in with zed and derrick the last time) or it could be the prev owner/s who caused this.

 

will keep the EO in check till my next change, then i update abt tt again.
