wanna get a shock, get it somewhere else. definitely not LAB. any performance parts, cannot get from lab. only cosmetic accessories can buy. the rest cannot...

 

i think wingyap is the one bringing in the gazi shocks. but if compare gazi n bitubo, i will vote bitubo. its really a value for money. better than showa n showa is stock item so definitely more ex than other aftermarket.

 

but if changing shock, i recommand not to sell or dispose ur showa cos when u sell ur bike, showa means value there. keep it as a spare n change it when u wanna sell...

Since yours is just few weeks old , it should be still working very fine i guess.

why needa change . Or maybe you can post up for sales but prepare to lose some $ i dont think anyone will get from you cause might as well get the Bitubo ones.

 

 

The showa works fine but i need stiffer springs thats all.Thats why i want bitubo.Heard from a friend that they have different spring rate. But since now no $$$ maybe next option is to go on a diet...hehehe!!

bitubo only comes in black coils.. unless you wanna buy a harder spring rate one.. bitubo shocks when you bought it off the shelve, had already a igher spring rating than s4 OEM showas..

 

an extra pair of springs costs abt $250, colour of your choice.. i'm not sure about showa shocks but putting aftermarket springs, so far i've seen not one doing it..

bitubo got no canister attached. everything is internal. bitubo comes with a 1year warrenty.

if i'm not wrong, the ones we are using is only preload and compression adjustable..

 

the one with canister is fully adjustable, meaning preload, compression and rebound adjustable..

That one with canister i think is the top of the line Bitubo asorber for S4.Come

with spring preload adjustment,rebound & compression adjustment.For the other without canister just with rebound & spring preload adjustment.But if I'm not wrong there is another 1 which much cheaper than this two.For price i not to sure,may be can call Mezzo.
