Before I buy went around ask, nb got shop offer me 4k.. some 3.8.. some 3.7..

 

at taht period coe drop $50+ think ard coe was $550++?

 

forget liao le should be around there.

 

i ask the boss coe drop $50, bike price never drop $50, lol he just ignore me..

Hi...

 

I juz reccently passed me TP and am considering what bike to buy..

 

I went to survey a no. of places.. searching frm sportsbikes to vespas..

 

All i want is a simple and economical bike for transport and that's when it struck me... why not a cub!!

 

I was juz wondering, instead of going all over S'pore to look for bike shops, why not just go online and ask the guys and gals @ singaporebikes.com...

Pse people... where in Singapore can i locate these young lions (a.ka. cubs)? --> 'lame joke...'

 

I am nt into wave or sonic.. they look too sporty.. nt my type..

 

If anyone has been to bbdc, u will noe there is this cub, blue and white.. i tink its 70cc.. --> something like this... its look very typical of those rode by a number of Malaysians i've seen ard... to me it looks quite "ah-pek"-lishly COOL!!

 

Pse help cos i am quite weary from going all over s'pore surveying bike shops...

the bike you were talking about is called the honda cub c70

its a rather old and rare bike, but stll lives up to its standard

its the pioneer of cub for honda

the plates goes is ard FB, the bike is more then 10 years old liao

price wise should be ard $500 plus

duno where to find cheap one

if u dun mind paying more go to alexandra rd, there is this honda cub for sale

at the shop along the road one

not inside the industrial park

fully refurbished and done up

but i think the price is 1.6k to 1.8k

it's a great bike

but the top speed is rather low.

from what i heard its ard 80km/h?

Call and ask for a price before you go down and make sure that you check what the price quoted includes.

I was quote $1000++ for First party for my wave when I bought it in 2004.

I was Shocked...because theoretically after paying three years of first party insurance, I can jolly well buy anothere new WAVE already.

The insurance pricing is way out of touch with the real world.
