Yup...what s suay day for Nicky and Jon....they came together and both lost positions to the back of the pack. And Nicky just could not seems to make his jump forward, and eventually got lapped by Stoner, and Nicky pit in. Nicky simple stands up the bike, let Stoner by and I saw him puts up his hand to indicate he had a problem.

Haiz, from been winner for last 2 yrs until DNF...good job for his younger brother too!!! He finished ahead of Colin Edwards!!!

Another rider with a good show is Makoto Tamada, finishing an 8th, very interesting to see him take T5 to hold off the Kawas, until the last few laps...

Top 3 riders, Stone, Vermin and Macau, no need to comment.

I think Brigestone tyres better this year. Top 3 bikes are all with brigestone. What a day with hayden he try 2 keep unbeaten for the 3th time at the end he is beaten :thumb:

Ya, so far Bridgestone seems to have advantages cuz they have experiences foretelling wat tyres to use for the weekends, while Michelins are still learning. Next yr, hopefully when Michelins re-learn the traditional ways of selecting tyres, we get to see less of tyre wars.

But this shows that with good tyre choices, humans can be super beings, while at the other side of the balance, superbeings are still just very human when tyre choice dun worked.

This is one exciting yr of MotoGP, new machines, new rules, new contenders.

Don't forget for afew of the past races Bridgestone riders seem to have problems with grip halfway into the race, so its still prettymuch a learning process for the tyre manufacturers.

Wasn't F1 raced backwards in Indianapolis? I thought it would be the same for MotoGP.
