BUT i actually would prefer japanese style way making the steak....

 

abit sweeter (as they might used their japanese sweet wine -mirin, spell something like this lah)

 

sugar or sweetness got the tendercy to juz tenderise the meat you see~

no, i only wondered why u ate so fast like in a hurry liddat... if we were all juz concentrating on the food, confirm i'll finish first~!~!~! :cheeky:

You all should try the steak at City Plaza Pelangi Food Court level 1. The Western foodstall sells black pepper, mushroom, garlic and chicken steaks that are really delicious. Value for money too as the steaks are served with salad and two scoops of mashed potatoes. The chicken steak is priced at $9.90 and the rest at $10.90. Go give it a try. You won't regret it... :thumb:

Don't worry, I can do it. There's always room for steak :hungry: I had 2 kg steak with red wine when I was in Australia.
