wah but $400 alone is a big investment for something that i don't know if i can commit to. i mean, what if i got myself a suit and end up not having enough time or money to enjoy the sport? actually, i got my mesh jacket because i wanted to try touring but end up not having enough time to do so... dilemma man.... anyway, thks for the offer msf but i need to work this whole week for night shift. come home straight will kerplonk on the bed haha i think prankster also same pattern one

Hahaha... Me almost the same lah... Just that i dun work shift.... Just very long hours.... Thats all.... :faint:

Actually wanna try out track... But scared buang aso... Than muz fork out money to repair... Than after go track and before go track the servicing also need money.... Than to prepare the neccessary stuffs needed for track also need money... Haiz...

N my special 1 does not encourage it too...

guys, what do u use the 2 trip meters for ah? i use 1 for calculating mileage for FC, reset everytime i top up and the other to keep track of my last engine oil change mileage..

Yeah.... I use the the A trip meter to calculate FC.... But than the B meter, i dunno how to use... Everytime hit 1000km den will go back to zero...

ya lor...let them be lor.....they themselves dun like yamaha star rider ah??? heart is yamaha but eye is honda issit?? hahahahah

how u use yr trip meter to track yr oil change?????? issit dat u change yr eng oil every 1K???? coz the trip meter only reads 999.9 den resets back to zero.

Yeah yeah.... Urs same as mine ah.... I heard that some pple trip meter doesn't reset by itself when it hits 999.9km....

o_O

orhhhh.... no la i just started using the b trip meter recently to track eo change mileage, i didn't check it yet because all along i write down my eo change on a piece of paper to keep track.. why the thing reset at 1000 sia, no use for it at all. at least 1 of it can track FC.

when u go for long trips, u can use trip A to track yr FC everytime u top up full. So u can reset every fuel top up. Trip B, u dun hav to reset after every top up, as u can use it to track yr total mileage for that particular trip. If yr trip more then 1000km.....it will reset back to zero, but then u will sure know it has reset, so u can just add 1000KM to the current value on yr trip B to get yr total trip mileage. Dis is one way that u can make use of yr trip B.

Well, as for me, i change EO every 5000km... So quite easy to remember....

Anyway, i also store in my hp and com stuffs like wat i bought for my bike and the date and the date of payin installments and EO change... So no prob for me...

Hey guys need some answers man

My shop is installing sliders for my new horse CBR600RR, FOC. But its the one tt requires some drilling of the frame/chassis.

So was wondering, is there any differences (pros n cons) betw the no-cut sliders and those tt require drilling?

Thanks man.

and i dont regret buying a cbr600 08. :thumb:

Well, i heard some feedbacks that those which require drilling or cutting of ur fairings would be much stable...

Those with brackets (means no need to cut fairings) are not so stable... But i believe that when the company come out with the brackets design, i'm sure they have already tested that it can take the fall or skid....

Btw, i prefer my fairings to be intact.... Dun like the idea of cutting my beloved baby! :cheer:

Ebay has a lot quite cheap but do not know about the quality. I bought a carbon fibre exhaust guard from ebay came out fitment and quality quite good. And it's like 1/4 the price of akra same product.

Aiyaaa.. Buy BOTH lah.. :faint: U rich man liao wat.. :p But seriously its up to u lah.. Both also good bike.. But the CBR will be more road oriented for you.. The R6 are more of a track bike than a road bike.. Eventho the CBR is more road oriented, it is still upfront in the race.. :thumb:
