I have problems with hel brake lines. The dont-know-what-coating on the banjo nuts are peeling off and i found some in my brake fluid reservior. Not a healthy sign.

 

Might be trying spiegler or other brands. Any dealers here in sgp?

 

Rear brake is extremely useful in slow speed turns for example, U-turn.

i saw motoworld has de brand spiegler .u may want to try.

 

this weeks are so crazy for riding.:dozed:

u-turn oso i never use rear brake heh heh :cheeky:

 

to me, u-turn is all about confidence. must be confident that as long i throttle, i can lean low without falling, and as long i look where i'm going, u-turn is piece of cake. once scared, i wont lean low, i'll shut throttle and i'll look at curb instead of road, all of which will screw up the turn. different ppl diff style of coz. but i rather not step rear brake in u-turn, coz when bike leaning, small tap on rear brake and i shut throttle, confirm engine stall and i'll topple.

It helps alot in controlling the exact speed u want as adjusting the throttle is usually too sensitive.

 

As long as u keep the speed, u wont go wrong.

hi all...those riding 600rr 07'...i just bought tis bike...wonder if itz a powerful bike...i understand R6 06' is track proven to be the most terrifying 600cc bike among all 600....but wonder if tiz bike hav the potential 2 b on par wit R6...any1 riding it,can enlighten me on tiz matter?

 

 

A rider w/o skills is bad on any bike . Have seen 600s overtake 1000s on track b4 .

 

But based on magazine reviews , the CBR is up there wif the R6 .

My friend's insurance for 25yr old was 1.2K for that particular bike. Really crazy these days...:( He'll be purchasing it this Monday... Maybe I can get back to you after that...
