Hi guys,will just like to check,is it normal for the HISS to stop blinking say after 3days not starting the bike?Does it mean that w/o blinking the HISS is not functioning?Is it any symptoms that there are some threat of potential problems with the bike like batt malfunction etc? Thanks

 

yup it normal.if am right.u can off the HISS.some1 correct me if am wrong.

I just got a new cbr600, no idea where to fix IU unit when I go to install it. left clip-on was suggested, but I don't really know where's that. psps

guys i've updated my profile with the picture of yoshimura and evotec tail tidy. If you notice in the picture i'm using my stock signal lights for the tail tidy. Very neat set up. The pipe is street legal, however the tail tidy is not-i'm sure you guys would know. I got this set for 1200. Will sell for 800- 5 months old only. I have PM's asking me to sell tail tidy alone. my reply: i will only sell the tail tidy if anyone buys the exhaust alone. Thats because the muffler will be slightly touching the original muffler cover of a stock mud guard, plus original heat shield will have to be removed. Will keep you guys informed. thanks for letting me know. My mscp doesn't have a cbr600, so i cant see a sample of the IU unit mounting

Thank you Snowman, I will go fix the IU unit at STA, maybe they will mount it the same way as the picture you've uploaded. I really appreciate the time and effort you took to answer my query.

Brake hose strongly recommanded. Price range from 135-300. Depend on brand..

Not too sure abt the brake line kit but the steel brake hose kit is like those hel brand and etc... So u source around and see what is suitable from u. There is made in singapore brand and make in uk,USA brand. Min start from 130-300 for a 3pt hose

Greengay - why wan to get such a old bike??? Well 04 might be abit hard to find. Better luck for 05/06.
