Motorola RAZR2 V9 looks promising

the new V9 shld be in by august or sep. i gt attracted to it becoz the external screen is different from past designs. it is rather big compared to previous models.

 

external screen measures 2 inches (240 x 320)! whereas older models measure 96 x 80

hehe it looks really slim and the build is solid..

But i have sworn off motorola phones after the run in with my V3, so pissed i nearly snapped it in 2.

yup, i like the v9 design..metallic, slim & modern..in terms of fone specs, i still somehow prefer the v8 though..heehs..=)

i just got my gf this phone abt 1 week ago. it seems to have a bug. it will say invalid battery and my gf had to exchange it for another one with an updated OS. i suggest u guys wait for sometime before getting it. The motorola service centre at Cathay had confirmed this.

I just don't understand why people just hate the RAZR.

A lot of them say the phone (specifically the User Interface) is so darn slow and makes the phone painful to operate.

 

But what this phone lacks, it makes it up with its professional and sleek design. What's more important is that it's slim too!

 

All the other remaining phone manufacturers should learn from Motorola's design team. I feel that other phones such as N*, So* Er*, etc...come out with too many bulky and flashy phones. Yes, the phones have superb functionality and features, but at the end of the day, who wants a phone that doesn't reflect who you are and worse still, be as huge, bulky and awkward as something that protrudes uncomfortably out of your pocket?

 

Form over function.

Sad thing is, they've lost so much money and had to re-organise their departments so don't expect another new Motorola phone out anytime soon (but if there would be, it may be a long wait)
