no blinking, normally is the signal relay or blub gone.

you are runing in 12V wiring?

 

bulb is still ok as i trottle more it will blink up.but when it is at low rev or neutral, the signal does not light up.

I am not using 12v wiring just i use 12v batt as i think will have more power to signals.

Maybe its the relay. Is there any diff in 6v wiring n 12v?

check/change your signal relay.

original 6V wiring still can support 12V, just make sure below item had change:-

1.CDi

2.Lighting Coil

3.CDi Coil

4.Ignition

5.Rectifier & Regulator.

 

mine was runing with EX5 Wiring.

No wonder.Need to change all these to stabilize the electrical.if i get all those changed, I might as well change the wiring as well...

u didnt add-on bracket, that's y have problem the chain guard there.

 

one more thing, change your full chain guard to half type(like mine) before using S4 rear shock.

 

Where can I get the 'u' bracket? Also if u look At the bottom mounting point, mine is same direction as the top, whereas yours is 90 deg difference

I will have a very long time catching up with u all.

My speed is ard 50-60km/h and i am always road hogging

 

dont worry, due to road condition, at 50-60km/h also :)

what will be the problem when i cannot go above 60 which i used to.

Now always stucked at around 40.

Changed a new batt,spark but still same.

Any expert here knows mostly what will i need to change next?

1. check contact point if yours using patinum

2. clutch plate

3. carburator main jet BLOCKED !

4. jet needle - throttle cable jet needle. worn out

 

If carburator main jet blocked then ur bike cannot move more then 60km/h and it will cough

yup. it is coughing at 40 and below..

So you think main problem is the carb jets or clutch plate?

Is the GBO model carb same as c70?

bengie, read my sentence again carefully. I SAID more then 60km/h it will cough. But your case is below 40km/h. Then for sure it is

symptom no. 4. jet needle - throttle cable jet needle. worn out

 

1. go mechanic

2. open spark plug. Plug will tell your bike condition. If it is wet ( not engine oil) normal dark wet then confirm it is

jet needle - throttle cable jet needle. worn out.

3. see on top of carburator , got needle pin and slack. Mechanic knows. I tell you do NOT swap the clip position from No.3 to No.2 JUST CHANGE THE jet needle SET. gO AND BUY in singapore . IN MALAYSIA ORIGINAL BOON SIEW HONda last time I bought RM22 This needle set is actually in between of carburator and throttle cabel.

4. now change the spark plug
