Cheated by this bike shop!

Hi guys I put down payment for the bike 1 one at this bike shop.

And i waited for a month plus. They said they have bid my coe for me already but when i call LTA to check out my name is not reg any under coe.They told me the bike will come at these time but last min call and say they dont have the colour i want.I wont say the real name of the bike but u guys can go guess

i see no wrong cos u already told them u wanted tat color..they dun have it tat y cant give it to u..

if the particular colour that the TS wants is not available then the bike shop should have told the TS early and not LAST MIN as stated by TS. i hate bike shop that come up with last min stunt.

Find the shop owner to hv a word with him, bring in the name of tat particular

 

sale assistant who had assisted u with the deal, to him. Let him know the whole

 

situation and see wat they can do. By the way, since u hv aready paid the D/P,

 

i guess once D/P is made, u wouldn't be able to recover bac, sort out peaceful

 

solution and hope tat u can get ur new ride soon.

Went to this bike shop with my friend heard they say they want to sue the tread starter.They say they demand a apologize from the tread starter.

Btw what bike did you buy from them?

Wah reali want to sue ah, but if they make promise later cant deliver how? Put d/p sure must have receipt rite, even thou TS didnt create this thread, da story might oso travel by words, so if they did something wrong y cant they juz apologise and try to make amend, lose face is it or is it lose sale? Nowadays customer are aware of their rights and there are places to lodge their complain, i dont c y da reason there are stil dis kind of tings hapening.

My friend went through the exact same sh!t last year too... say 3 days deliver...waited for 1 month still no news. He has to keep calling to check. When paying that time, everything also can. Pay downpayment already, everything also cannot, not ready, must wait, no colour.

In the end he fcuk care his $500 deposit and go to another bike shop. Got it within 2 days.

Simple rule. Read before you sign. Know your rights before you put your pretty little signature down. Make sure every little detail is in or else bring your money elsewhere. Better if you can make a list and double check.

 

At least with everything in black and white, you can sue their ass off instead of it being the other way round. Remember this : Talk is cheap.

Ab a week a go,when to the a bike shop near alexandera ,got the bike shop owner talking and writting on a piece of paper the break down cost of the new bike...everything nicely written down and calculated..then i told him i need to go back and think abt it,can i keep the paper that you wrote in........wah ......101 excuses for me not to take that piece of paper..need for reference lah...need for this ..for that....warning sign already...shop preparing ammo to chop....so i said i will be back the next day and left....Guys moral of the story always read inbtw the lines...and if you are not comfortable dont promise,pay or sign....

black n white got write erp add in.. but forget 2 take black n white:sian:

 

now got bike already..gonna sayang it like my wife lor..
