When with my friend to rectify this problem on his bike. His bike has clock more than 50,000km and was starting to vibrate very badly at around 70km/h. When to a few shops and all was pointing to the timing chain. So end up replacing it and the problem was gone.

thats why there's vibration i guess..haha. any idea what to check? besides the usual EO, spark plug, tires, chain sproket...any others?

For engine = check Clutch Plate and the housing.

For Air Filtration = check your air filter element if need to change, then change it for healthier engine.

The housing i refer to is the clutch housing which hold the clutch plates. Inside it got rubber bush. After long usage of wear and tear sometimes the rubber bush is broken due to worn out. If the rubber bush inside the clutch housing is broken the gear and the clutch housing will move. In Johor I think they have the rubber bush. :goodluck:

Normally service in sg...engine oil and spark plug...should be quite reasonable...

i did that once for abt RM 80 full service....
