have an enquiry, normally after insurance claim against other to repair bike rite, the old parts that was changed, can we get it back from motordiam to sell as our own?? Is it legally ours or wat??

If u ask from them and they give u, Even u wanna sell or give away, who knows? Only problem is that dunno can get back anot only..

nah interested to know whether those old parts belong to us or wat ? cos my old parts cond is good, can resell to recover loss..

 

btw how ur bike still in workshop? still waiting to see e pics of ur tank bag leh.. haha

By right the bike shop will not give u back liao.. They keep if condition is gd.. U ask them for it they will say throw away liao.. Standard.. Getting my bike today.. haha.. Where u stay? Can arrange to view lor.. See not confirm muz buy mah.. If interested can Pm me.. I give u my contact..

if the insurer has made good your bike and paid, then the salvage belongs to the insurer.

insurer normally dun take back thus workshop will keep as it own? Lidat im also entitled to it dependent on the shop cos there's still a chance that the claim fall and im paying for repair instead rite. hmm..
