Yo.. this thread is just a referrence and riders interests regarding of singapore road.

 

It doesn't lead to illegal racing or so.

 

Those places in the list are just to keep riders alert for rider who encourter dangerous/interesting places. For some rider, they may like to try those 'exciting corners'. Anyway,. it own responsibility.

u may try the so called shangri-la hotel corner... entering from the road going towards orchard hotel, got one slip road u enter from there....

may give it a try lor....

guys, there's another 1.. u noe padang? u come from esplanade, go over the bridge and turn right at the junction.. u see another bridge(ull be next to fullerton hotel). then got a few chicanes to leading to a straight road next to the padang! but beware of oncoming traffic turning into the straight road as well..

its called the temple corner....

after the french school going towards hougang area there will b a traffic light,

tat traffic light you turn right n play tat corner guys...

 

BUT beware of people crossing the road...

its fun....

guys..just wanna help giving u more infos...

 

1) gap at south buona vista

 

2) old upper thomson road a.k.a devils's band

 

3) IBP (International Business Park) ..that is good for playing circuit instead of cornering... advise to go around 11-1 am..after that dont go in anymore coz police will be patrolling after 1am onwards...

 

4) from SLE going johor a.k.a "corner 10cents"...road has been rebuilt in perfect condition..can go really down...

 

5) marina south...the hairpin is the best..u can play cicuit in the carpark too..their corner are "u-turn" corner...

 

6) upon entering the new IKEA at tampines there is a deep bend ...a best spot too..but careful for the traffic down there....

 

7) mount faber...going up and going down is a SHIOK!! but careful guys..some cornering are very deep..adjust ur speed before going in

 

8) from woodlands avenue 2 going up joining to SLE that is also a good place for low cornering..careful guys a lot have buang there b4 into the drain....

 

9) track 24 along lentor towards and mo kio...there is a deserted stretch of road into singtel satellite area...a good place to test ur test speed...careful guys there is a deep corner along the way...

 

10) fort road...just behind national stadium's bridge... a good place for playing circuit..careful guys there are humps but its a gd place..if possible go there early coz nyte time u might wake up the neighbourhood around ending up in them complaining to the police...

 

thats all i could think of guys..will update in the future..remember guys b4 u start to play at these certain areas, racky the places first so u'll know the places that u have to corner instead of immediately start ur cornering..

u may try the road at pasir ris....

when u exit at tpe ave 9 if im not mistaken la..

the exit going to the new ikea...

at the filter lane u turn left jus go straight then there will b a corner to the right... can give it a try la...

 

heard a new road from the old tampines road going towards the temple..

b4 tat must turn left then there is a long strecth of road where got no hump n traffic lights... may test ur bike speed at there... heard it from a fren la... not yet recce the place la... will inform u again once i recce the place hor...

the road going towards the pasir ris not going towards ikea one...

when u exit the tpe ave 9 going towards to the changi airport one...

there will b a filter lane, tat filter lane u filter left... when u go straight there will b a wafer factory on your left.. jus go straight then there is the corner... will get the exact address for you hor....

BRO, the old tampines road is a good area for u to test ur top speed but careful there is one big hump just beside the SAF aircraft...i still cant forget about that hump coz i hit 110km/h with my pizza hut wave bike and both of my wheels go up high in the air...luckily can still balance...hahaha....

the corner at pasir ris which i was talking about is tampines ave 10 exit or pasir ris DR 12... the exit is going towards the changi airport wan not going to the jln kayu wan...

after u exit then u filter to the left going towards the wafer fab factory..

go straight den u will meet a corner to the right... den u play tat corner lor... but b careful of stripes...

 

the old tampines road wan is... when u enter the old tampines road from the paya lebar airbase, u will first meet the hump which is near the back gate of the paya lebar airbase.. den followed by a traffic light, tat traffic light u turn left den its all urs... jus blast off ur bike man...

i checked it out last saturday... its supper long road....

must try the havelock exit from the cte... its fun to dive...

but abit bumpy la... fun...

 

or may try the prince edward rd exit from the aye towards jurong...

first its a downslope then followed by a corner to the right.... long corner...

give it a try la....

Pls dun corner without due cre cos u nvr noe wats ahead or on the road for bulky fallen object.. dun try luck in sharp bends where u can't see as the bend blinded u..if really need to corner hiong hiong pls go track as there will be more fun to corner bua anything on the bike also can ride safe fellow riders.. :smile:
