Just to ask regarding season parking... Are there 2 ways to get season parking? First is to go down to HDB then apply and they will issue u the season parking coupon and the disc? But will be ugly to put on the bike right?

 

If i'm not wrong is there a 2nd way? Apply online and everything settle? Will they mail u or issue u the coupon and disc to put on the bike or no need to put... Then how the carpark attendent know u got buy? all computerise liao? Road tax le? also no need to put?

i never put season parking disc for like close to 2 months already. i believe its computerized already. they do mail me the disc to put. but i never put.

Yup, you can either go down to any of the HDB Branch Offices or visit their website at http://www.hdb.gov.sg to apply for the season parking.

 

It will take around 1 day for it to be captured in the system, and after that you can choose to display the coupon. As the details of whether your bike has the season parking for that particular carpark is already in their system, the parking warden only has to enter your license plate number into their handheld to retrieve the details. so no worries about that.

Just a question, I already book a bike and the bike still in the shop. Can I buy the season parking in advance?

hey D, yes, you'll be able to get the season parking in advance. Just let the people at the HDB branch office know which date you want the season parking to start on.

if you go to the office, for me b.batok office, i went and she asked for my documents, so you give her what you have.Think I gave her my insurance or sth cuz bike shop didn't give me log card..then onwards you can renew at AXS machine ;) think she'll ask you to update them with your log card or sth if you get it gd luck

talking bout season parking, received the new RFID tag....same as sanseui, i've never put my season parking...does it mean with the new Radio Frequency tag, i gotta place it on my bike....?

haha chill, something yup..sorry too much short forms :p anyway just bring whatever document you have to register there then, so can persuade if she die die want the log card which most don't have cuz of loan from shops.

hMm. when i applied for my season parking last week, all I need was my IC. that's all. don't need to have any other documents. anyway log card now is all electronic one. so no more paper log card anymore. why they want for example your log card or insurance is because they want to have your bike license plate number. scared later like you just pass then buy bike give wrong bike number or wad.

 

go down to the HDB branch office is better. I also tried to apply online but didn't get through also. tell me my house here only got 1 MSCP to park bike -.- anyhow only sia the website.

i think the rfid thingy is crap... how other rider or driver will know tat u are from that area and have right to park at red box... this always happen when most of the time all the red box full :sian:

i believe for 1st timers applying season parking, u need to do the following:

1. fill up application form (either do it online & print out hardcopy then submit at the relevant HDB branch offices OR go to the branch office to fill up the forms/get them to fill up for you on the spot)

2. produce evidence that the vehicle belongs to u.

 

my experience at CCK branch office is that they die die want some form of an evidence that you own the vehicle. for pple who have fully paid for their vehicles, this can come in the form of a Notification of Ownership Transfer letter which LTA will mail over to yr residence after doing the ownership transfer. not too sure how it will be for vehicle owners who have yet to finish clearing their installments.

hehe...motor got red box oso ar....?my place dun haf le...

anyways like i said for some time i never put the season ticket but now they send me this rfid tag....does it mean i need to put it....?wat happens if i dun?

Mi too.. i never put season parking disc and road tax for 1 year plus le, but i put all in my motor box.

of cos can...it's only non season parking users cannot park at red box...
