My bike has been leaking petrol I guess from the carb (I just notice it today while riding back home)....Can I still ride my bike??How much will it cost to repair?What is spoilt?

if its from the carb,i tink ur carb gasket worn out lah....

yet to be confirmed...must go bike shop to check...shld be quite cheap lah bro ddevil...and pls update us when u find the fault..

which part of carb leakin? drop by drop or severe? ur tank might go empty overnite if serious..

I seldom use the electric start to start my wave. Cause it consume a lot of battery power to start the bike. My battery is oridi 4 years old and i can still use the electric start to start my bike.

not really matter if original or not leh...both have their own gasket one...

or u can also check whether the engine oil leaking instead...dats wat commonly ppl encountered...either the nut below lose or the gasket worn out...

although i do it, jus purely for fun, but then again...

like my bike wen i juz came out from the shop..dunno lei..e shop owner say notin wrong..soung like backfire or sumtin..

My bike also a lot of backfiring. It maybe be cause my condensation in the fuel tank, in which cause a miss fire in the combustion chamber.

Anyway , it does not affect my bike performance.

Topic : Is this normal?

Description : Creaking sound when turning handlebar.

I hope some kind souls can help me out here, when I turn my bike's handlebar from a standstill position, there is a creaking sound akin to a door that isn't oiled. Is there anyway to fix this creaking sound problem:confused:

i thought just change piston ring is enough. only the ring makes contact with cylinder.

to kick start uses a lot of energy lah. so leceh one. especially for girls, me lah, dont look good when kick start. like chicken trying to flap the wings and fly. hahahaha

Description : Problem with my Suzuki Smash..

Hi guys, i recently bought a Suzuki Smash kup at Ubi bike shop. But i am facing some problems regarding the gear transmission.　The problem is whenever i kick gear 1 to gear 2, sometimes the gear seems not able to go in. It will bounce back to gear 1 which can be scary whenever i am riding in busy traffic. But from gear 2 or 3 onwards it don't happen the bouce back.

 

I went back to the bike shop since warrenty left a few days. the mechanic never tell me what did they do to my bike. I asked him, and he said " whatever parts spoil we change" never indicate what is the problems and what they did and it take them 1 week.

 

And now, after 1 week of servicing, the problem still persist. It is not always, but it happen like 2 out of 6 times. Which i do no know what is the problem and where can i find a place to fixed it. And i am afraid that it could be the whole of gear box i need to change. Anyone know what is the price to change gearbox?

Kena trick liao. Maybe clutch plate or gear spoil. Need to overhaul if gear is spoil like worn out..... Anyway, they wont tell u wat spoil till your warranty over one. Trick from most shop is like that one.....Pay more if you get a lousy 2nd bike.... Hope its just a worn out clutch plate....
