Hi guys. I spotted a rider on a wheelchair with a yellow three wheeled scooter along upper bukit timah road recently.

 

I would like to ask him whether he wants to be filmed in a documentary production. However I never managed to bump into him again

 

Whoever who knows where this bike is located, please give me a heads up! Greatly appreciated

some of you guys claimed that you have seen him go past tan chong motors daily, sell icecream at yew tee point in the evenings and go to kallang for bike repairs.

 

can anyone have more specific timings? because i tried looking for him but to no avail

Usually he's selling ice cream around afternoon to the students..

 

Kranji secondary, De la salle primary, Unity primary, Yew Tee Point..
