haha yeah i understand the feeling.. the look of the discoloured headers.. 2 hours? no primer? how many coats of spray you applied?

Yes, 2 hours to finish everything. There are two screws for each header (near the radiator mesh area), one screw at the bottom, and one screw at the end can to remove. Once you take out all the screws, the entire header can be removed. After that I sandpaper the header with rust remover, no primer. Applied two coats of spray, with 10 mins interval for drying.

As promised, here the pic

Thanks! :p Whole body was drenched in sweat after dismantling the header, but after seeing the end result, it was worth it. Would encourage anyone not happy with the discoloured header to go give it a try. To get the even spread, spray at distance of 30 cm, and don't concentrate on one area for too long.

After a few days of riding since I sprayed the header, still looks as new, so I think it should last.

hmmm...wonder how long will it lasts..consider trying it too..

Rat bike - A motorcycle not necessarily kept in pristine condition, often painted matt black. Minimal maintenance and mismatched parts often used.

hmm

the common size needed

size 8 - bleed of brake nipple

size 10, 12 and 14 will do.

14 is usually use for aftermarket banjo nut

10-12 the common size for s4.

Today i cleaned my Clutch cable..so dirty nvr been cleaned before. Dismantle clutch lever take out the end of cable..wipe all of dirty dust oil insect etc.

Then use oil to make more smooth(the part at the end of the cable itself which can rotate).

Took about 30 mins.. Very simple and easy... Cluth more smoother. Hand doesnt feel strained when pull cluth.haha
