Guys, need your help. My key to my givi side box got broken in the key hole. Have anyone got a replacement part for the lock? Where and how much it cost?

 

one year ago, one of the accessorise shops in Jalan Besar quota me $40 for one complete lock set.

not really bro... its normal for e headlight to dim when u press the ignition button...

 

But last time when I first time take my bike dun have this dim thingy. So any idea how to know when the battery will be weak?

bro battries lifespan is around 1-2years.. depend on you...

 

when it's a new battries such issue wont arise.. after riding like 8mths with (headlight + LED on everyday ) it will appear again....

 

yes it's a sign of weaken battries..

 

But still can last like another 10mths or so....

 

if u'r rich , u can just go and have it changed!!!

 

I dun on my headlight during afternoon... I only on my lights at night and during rain!

guys.. whr can i get pillion footrest? i dun mind DIY myself.. cux my eagle ones damn loose alr.. i opened it up and realised alot of d metal at d joinst chipped off alr, dats y it shakes alot.. irritating wen no pillion stepping on it..

Last week i saw a bike with headlight off at a traffic light & i reminded him to switch it on.... he did but dont look happy.. i was actually expecting a thank you! Only after i see ur post that I realised maybe he purposely didnt turn it on...

as for spraying the casing black, do remember to spray a clear coat after ur black, if better still, sand the chorme away 1st... i didnt and i had paint comin off in different spots due to scratch by mech etc... i'm also looking for the fire edition parts too, but spaying it might be the cheapest and fastest solution

technically, according to slta, bikes has to hav their headlight turned on 24/7 as long as their on th move, same goes to government vehicles. ambulance, police car etc.

tht somehow explain why new model bikes doesnt come with headlight switch, but just high & low beam..

Did u diy spray urs or send to shop? U know how to remove the speedo cover? Just the 2 allen screws beside the fuel cap?

i think no shop wld want to take this kinda thing man,

spraying of one small lil speedo cover.. =.=

& removing th speedo is like th easiest thing to remove?

2 screws & its out. its th fixing back tht wld get tricky for first timer.

my paint job is all diy...

not jus 2 screws, u gota remove the speedo cable for speed reading and the wire for the speedo lights, i also removed the speedo itself and spray the cover only..

the last moments b4 i spray the perfect condition chrome (sld have switch with someone with a ruined chrome 1st, dang)... anyway this is how the cover would look after removing the speedo, jus spray on it... my advice if u wan a lasting paintjob is to sand away the chrome den use anti rust primer den black than clear coat

2nd hand pipe is ard 80up. can get it from ahkoon.

yeah i tried to de-rust it... actually e rust eaten up the pipe..and when im accelerate there is a 'cling-cling' sound from e exhaust..

get th right exhaust, dont mix a custom4 for pre custom4, its not pass-able for Vitas inspection.

Hey..juz need ur opinion..

My TA200 is 7 years old (plate FW). the mileage is reaching 100K. when i park my bike, i saw oil leaking below the engine, below clutch pedal. when i ride the oil leak too (i notice it when i was stopping at a junction,and it was raining.)

1) where could possibly the oil came from?

2) what could be the problem?

your EO draining cover.

either no tight, or th filter is gone.

usually whn you change eo th filter wld come out tgt, thn hav t put back, chances are, th mech forgot t put it back..

get it replaced at lesson th 30bux..

takecare of your eo, dont let it drain too much, 4stroke run on eo, no eo = piston hurt = piston die = overhaul = pocket burn. (:

yeah la.. KMjoe should have swap his meter casing with me as i like his chrome casing alot... mine got abit of scratches here and there... so people if u'r gonna spray black and your casing looks good, swap with me k..
